Bucky Covington's post-holiday schedule (and a shout out to Buckytown USA)

Bucky Covington on stage at the Indiana State Fair, courtesy of the very kind Buckaholic. Thanks again!

Here's a hearty thank you and "welcome back" to Fran at Buckytown USA, who reopened her
beautiful blog during our recent hiatus. Good to see her!  She shared Bucky Covington's upcoming live schedule, and we'll repost her fine work right here:

Bucky's eOne calendar lists a concert date at Toby Keith's I Love This Bar and Grill  (275 Patriot Place in Foxborough, MA) on Saturday, January 5th.  However, the show is not listed on the venue's calendar nor at Showclix, so your best bet is to call the club at (508) 543-8629 before traveling long distances.

Bucky and his band will rock the Mohegan Sun Wolf Den in Uncasville, CT (directions) on January 6th, 2013; this is a free 21-and-up show.

And on January 8th, enjoy Bucky and fellow artists Jesse Lee, Bridgette Tatum, Danny Myrick, Adley Stump, Stevens Layne, Briana Tyson , Lisa Torres, Sam Hatmaker, Colby Dee, Sid Yochim Band, The Reverse Cowgirls at Music In Motion: a Benefit for the Mid-South Chapter of the MS Society at 3rd and Lindsley.  The show is brought to you by Focus on the 615, and tickets ($15)  are on sale now at TicketWeb.com.

We're coming up on end of the month--so here's a reminder about how you can help East Coast fire fighters who suffered losses during Hurricane Sandy.  Until the 31st, proceeds from downloads of "Drinking Side of Country"  benefit the International Association of Firefighters Relief Fund, so be sure to get yours at iTunes or at the Help The Good Guys store soon. (Bucky and Shooter are still rockin' the ballot at CMT Pure's Pure 12 Pack... please show them some love!)

We'll be back tomorrow--take care!

Quick news: Big crowds in Chattanooga, Bucky Covington's busy Monday morning, and a tribute to a beloved Town...

Rocky Covington, Ducky Medlock and Bucky Covington shared a smile with the crowd in Chattanooga in this sunny shot by the very gracious Hildi--thanks so much!  Bucky and his band have plenty of live dates ahead; check out his official calendar for details.

Tristin Greer and Bucky Covington in Chattanooga; thanks again to the very kind Hildi for the photo.

Bucky CovingtonHelp the Good Guys and the Chattanooga Firefighters Association Local 820 had a big, big turnout for last Saturday's pancake breakfast in Chattanooga for the benefit of Tristin Greer--and by all accounts, everyone involved had a fantastic time!  There were many news reports on the event, including this story (complete with a cute snippet of video--love that dancer) at Chattanoogan.com, and an article with photo at WRCB-TV.  Today, the Help The Good Guys Facebook wall was updated with exclusive photos from the breakfast.  Many, many thanks to everyone who was able to be a part of this fun fundraiser!

Bucky's busy schedule brought him to two different morning TV shows in his hometown of Nashville today--first, he visited with WZTV Fox 17's Nick Paranjape and Kelly Sutton on Tennessee Mornings, where he and Ducky Medlock performed "Drinking Side of Country" and "A Father's Love (The Only Way He Knew How)".

New Bucky Covington TV appearances, weekend reminders and a chart check...

Bucky Covington spoke with ABC News about the fun of writing "Drinking Side of Country", the coolness of Shooter Jennings, his work with Help the Good Guys and more in this What's the Buzz interview spotlighting his excellent new album, Good Guys.  Bucky has a pair of new TV interviews on deck next week--see post for details. (Thanks to Mickey Milam for sharing this great segment at YouTube.)

Bucky Covington's fans have been busy this week--and we've been loving every minute of it!  We're closing in on the first week of the "Be a Hero, Save a Hero" fire-safety campaign (watch the full :30 video PSA here, and take the pledge to protect your home and our firefighters at AlarmPledge.com), and spreading the word about that big pancake breakfast benefit and acoustic performance for Tristin Greer on Saturday morning at Chattanooga Fire Station No. 1 (218 E. Main St.--be there!)

All that, and we've got some fine music to support, too.  "Drinking Side of Country", Bucky's current single with Shooter Jennings, is hangin' tough at #60 on the Music Row Country Breakout Chart, and Good Guys is featured on Amazon mp3 this month, where it can be yours for a mere $5.

Looks like next week will be just as busy--Music With a Purpose, the sponsors of Bucky's 11/17 benefit show at the Stardust Drive-In Theater  in Watertown, TN, just Tweeted info about a couple of upcoming TV appearances...

Quick news: Bucky Covington goes "Inside The Song " for Inside Music Row, countdown to Chattanooga, winter shows and more...

We can't get enough of this song, live, on the radio and on iTunes! Bucky Covington and his band rocked a happy crowd in Kentucky with "Drinking Side of Country", the latest single from his hot album Good Guys.  Profits from iTunes downloads of this song through 12/31/12 will be donated to firefighters and their families who suffered losses due to Hurricane Sandy.  (Thanks again to at YouTube.)

Wonder what inspired Bucky Covington's rowdy new single,  "Drinking Side of Country"?  Wonder no more--he shared the real-life experiences behind the lyrics in the "Inside the Song" segment of this week's Inside Music Row video news.  Enjoy!

Also sure to be enjoyable--delicious pancakes and an acoustic set by Bucky at the upcoming benefit for Tristin Greer, son of Senior Firefighter Jason Greer, happening this Saturday at Chattanooga Fire Station No. 1 (218 E. Main St.) at 8:00 am.  We're gonna mention that custom guitar raffle again, too, because we have an ulterior motive...we'd love to see a Buckymania reader win this beautiful prize! Tickets are just $5 each, and proceeds will help Tristin's family with their medical expenses.  (Send us a photo if you're the winner, and we'll post it here!)

Hot live concert dates are also on the calendar in the next few weeks--here's a quick look at some upcoming shows...

New "Good Guys" launch week links: Bucky Covington at ABC News, People Country, Us Magazine, CMT Insider and a Music Row chart check...

Here's a little video slice of Good Guys history, straight from Imlay City--this clip by captures one of the very first live performances of "Drinking Side of Country" ever!  For your chance to hear Bucky Covington and his band perform this rockin' hit (along with lots more of the good stuff from his new album) check out his official concert calendar at eOne.

Bucky Covington has been very busy promoting his new--and well-received--album Good Guys, and three intriguing new video links have popped up over the course of the day:

ABC News' What's The Buzz featured Bucky in this interview segment--he spoke about the making of his new release, his commitment to Help the Good Guys, and the importance of the organization's efforts to assist injured firefighters in need and their families.

People Country posted this short but info-packed video in which Bucky talks about why buying Good Guys this week is an especially brilliant idea (a portion of the proceeds from the first week's sales go to HTGG;  snag your copy at Amazon, iTunes, the HelpTheGoodGuys.com store,  Bucky's official site, or at a store near you now),  and gives a cute shout out to Kellie Pickler's charms...

Finally (and most intriguingly of all), Bucky takes on a totally different career--temporarily--as he joins US Magazine's Senior Editor Ian Drew for an unscripted (and funny!) celebrity gossip chat in their Hot Stuff Video segment.  Enjoy!

Coming up:  Monarch Publicity Tweeted that Bucky and Good Guys will be part of this week's CMT Insider, airing on Saturday and Sunday at 11 am Eastern, 10 Central.  Don't miss it!

We'll close with a Music Row Country Breakout Chart check;  Bucky, Shooter Jennings and  "Drinking Side of Country" moved up from #77 to #72 in its second week on the chart--nice going!  Celebrate with a vote for Bucky and Shooter at  GAC's Top 20 Country Countdown, CMT Pure's Pure 12 Pack and CMT's Top 20 Countdown, and be sure to request Bucky at your local country radio station.  We'll turn it over to the fantastic Fran, who'll keep you updated with videos, photos and news all weekend long at the excellent Buckytown USA blog.  See you here on Monday evening--have a great weekend, everybody!

Quick news: Bucky Covington's racy weekend, "Drinking Side of Country" officially hits radio, photos by Hildi, Shannon and Kimberly and more...

Thanks to the very gracious Hildi for sharing this beautiful shot of Bucky Covington with the winner of this past weekend's charity Legends race at the Fairgrounds Speedway in Nashville.  The race was a fundraiser for the Nashville Local 140 Fire Fighter's Relief Fund and Help The Good Guys, an organization dedicated to assisting injured firefighters and their families.  Click here to preorder an IAFF Special Edition of Bucky's upcoming album, Good Guys, which will be released on September 11.

Last weekend was a very busy one for Bucky Covington and his band, and a lot of great photo memories are popping up online.  Hildi captured beautiful shots from the concert and race (more coming here soon), Shannon has a gorgeous photo album posted at Facebook, Kimberly Tweeted links to several great shots today, and Fran of Buckytown USA fame shared photos, links and a video of Bucky's race over the weekend.  Huge, major thanks to all of Bucky's generous fans for giving those of us who couldn't be there a taste of the fun!

posted this awesome 14 minute recap of the August 11th concert and race at Fairgrounds Speedway Nashville, complete with a little performance footage and trophy presentations.  Thanks!

Your next chance to be there for the fun of a live Bucky Covington show happens this coming Thursday, August 16th, when he and his band rock the Obion County Fair in Union City, TN. That's just the beginning of another jam-packed weekend--they'll also play the Parkersburg Homecoming Festival on August 17th and the Coyote CountryFest in Las Vegas on August 18th.  (Bucky's got lots of live dates ahead, and new ones are being added all the time;  check out his official calendar and bookmark the sidebar at Buckytown to find out when he'll grace a stage near you.)

"Drinking Side of Country", Bucky's megahot duet with Shooter Jennings, should be gracing a radio near you pretty soon, too!  Unofficially, it's already at country radio;  officially, according to Music Row's Country Breakout chart, it's "going for adds" on August 13th--tomorrow--and we'd really like to know if you've been hearing it at your station!  The smash hit video helps a lot, buzzwise, and our requests (you knew that was coming, didn't you?)  will help a lot, too.  Y'all know the drill by now: please hit the phones, make those e-requests, and keep an ear out for new-song challenges and "keep it or kick it" segments.  Bucky's got a hot song, a hot video and some very eager fans...sounds like a recipe for success.

Speaking of Bucky's hot video, remember to tune in at 8:56 am Eastern tomorrow for the GAC-TV debut of "Drinking Side of Country".  We're hoping that one gets added to GAC's Top 20 Country Countdown soon; in the meantime, be sure to vote for "I Wanna Be That Feeling" there, and for both of Bucky's singles at CMT Pure's Pure 12 Pack.  Have a great night, all!

Weekend preview: Bucky Covington live at Kings Fair, photos via Twitter, new YouTube goodness and a quick look ahead...

Many thanks to the very kind Colleen for this luminous shot from Bucky Covington's concert last night in Southaven, MS, and to Hildi for graciously zapping it to us.  Bucky's concert schedule is right here--don't miss out on the fun!

Bucky Covington and his band are on their way to sunny California to perform at the Kings Fair in Hanford tomorrow, and if you're in the area, CBS 47 in Fresno has details about all the fair's happenings right here.  Have a great time, and watch out for those deep-fried delights!

One of the songs he'll be singing at the fair, his current single "I Wanna Be That Feeling", has a very popular video that's climbing the charts at GAC's Top 20 Country Countdown and  CMT Pure's Pure 12 Pack--so if you won't be on hand to applaud for him in Hanford, vote for him from the comfort of your computer chair...

Bucky's concert going fans on Twitter have been posting some fun stuff lately!  Kimberly (aka @msBuckyfan) shared this sweet shot of Bucky signing an autograph, and jdixon74's sweeping sidestage shot of the whole band at the Kix showcase is a must-see, as well.  And over at YouTube, new concert footage is popping up--check out this 12-minute two-song treat from muziccitymuzicbryanfan04, and "I'll Walk" at Doughboyz by dannyw24881.  (And if you missed Bucky's own contribution to this week's video goodness, it's right over here and it's a hoot...)

Another awesome fresh concert shot--major thanks to the very generous Mel for sharing this photo of Rocky Covington and Bucky Covington on stage in Ashville last weekend.

After tomorrow's Kings Fair date, Bucky's next two scheduled stops are the Cotton Eyed Joe Customer Appreciation Party & Free Concert in Knoxville, TN on July 12th (click here to print your free ticket at Showclix) and a July 13th show at Generations in Wheeling, WV (tickets on sale now at Showclix.) We'll turn it over to the fine folks at Buckytown USA, where Fran will bring you all the news this and every Saturday, Sunday and Monday morning. See you here again Monday night--have a great weekend!

Bucky Covington at CRS (brief interview video) and a few odds and ends...

Thanks to Rebecca Taylor for graciously posting her CRS interviews with Rascal Flatts, Ashley Monroe and Bucky Covington at YouTube today--enjoy!

Just a couple of quick notes today:

A kind elf let us know that the (former) April 21st Chattanooga Help The Good Guys charity ride featuring Bucky Covington is being rescheduled--a firm date should be coming across the wires soon, so check back here and at Buckytown USA often...

A favorite concert shot, posted by request: Bucky Covington on stage at his Jacksonville Landing show. Thanks again to Diver for her generosity and for a classic photo.

Meanwhile, Bucky's own Twitter has been busy this evening! If you're not following him, you're missing out--click here to see what he's been up to lately. (Also via Twitter, here's a smile-inducing photo of Bucky with Clifton Lambreth of The Ad Man Book fame--not sure what event this one comes from, but it looks like a good time!)

We'll wrap it up with a reminder about Bucky's hot new single, just hitting radio officially this month--request "I Wanna Be That Feeling" now at your local country station, and buy it for your very own at iTunes today. Bucky's live schedule is filling up nicely, and you can see his latest concert dates at his eOne Events page, or on the unofficial (but awesome) Buckytown USA sidebar. Have a great evening, everyone!

Quick news: Bucky Covington and "I Wanna Be That Feeling" at WSM, and some concert reminders...

A WSM memory from way, way back: Bucky Covington on stage during his Grand Ole Opry debut, March 9th, 2007. Thanks to Honeygirl for the fantastic shot!

Bucky Covington and his beautiful new single, "I Wanna Be That Feeling", (hear it here, and buy it today!) shared some airtime on Nashville's legendary WSM The Legend this morning, and Bucky shared this photo of himself with WSM's Bill Cody on his official Facebook page today. (Scroll down the list of greetings on the wall--is that Sanjaya Malakar among Bucky's Facebook buds?)

Bucky and his band will be back on the road for two very special shows soon: the first is that soon-to-be-unforgettable Grand Opening party at PBR Hampton Roads in Hampton Roads, VA on March 10th. Sponsor station 97.3 The Eagle is giving away VIP tickets to lucky listeners, according to our friend Fran at Buckytown USA. If you're in the listening area, tune in for your chance to win!

Also via Buckytown, here's an important ticket alert--March 10th is also the on-sale date for tickets to the American Country Music Fest at the Hillcrest Golf and Camping Resort in Orion, IL. Bucky and his band will rock the house there on June 16th--save the date!

And of course, Margaritaville Nashville is the place to be on March 13th for a star studded night of country music. Bucky, Bo Bice, Ty Herndon, Carter's Chord, Mockingbird Sun and Katie Chance are the performers for the Autism Sings benefit concert, and tickets are available in advance online now. Auctions for an autographed guitar, meet and greets and front row seating are in progress, as well--bid now and good luck! We'll see you soon...

New Bucky Covington concert dates (via Buckytown USA) and a tweet from Supercross...

A request came in for another of 's fantastic videos--this one is a must see! Enjoy "Suspicious Minds" and "Seven Spanish Angels" (Bucky Covington and Rocky Covington's crowd pleasing duet) as captured during their Las Vegas show a few New Year's Eves back. Thanks again to the mega talented Buckymouse!

Fran at Buckytown USA posted this week's best news so far...two fresh Bucky Covington concert dates will be part of the springtime music mix! Join Bucky and his band at The Pour House in Dublin, GA on Friday, March 30th. Tickets are just $15, and the doors open at 6 pm...

That PBR Hampton Roads (VA) date on March 10th that we mentioned a couple of weeks back is looking more likely; as Fran points out, the show is now spotlighted on 97.3 The Eagle's website, and although it isn't listed on Bucky's official Events page as of post time, it may be very soon.

In the meantime, it's definitely not all work and no play chez Covington; Bucky sent a Tweet over the weekend with this photo, captioned "At the Georgia Dome for the Atl Supercross. This doesn't suck!"

And we'll close with a little bit of positive press about Bucky's excellent new single, "I Wanna Be That Feeling"--Cincinnati's B105.1 posted this short but sweet bit about the song. (You won't be at all shocked to learn that we dig it, too--it's available for keeps at iTunes, or ask your local country radio station to play it for you any time!) Have a great evening, y'all...

Weekend preview: A Music Row chart check, and a little reminder...

Bucky Covington and Rocky Covington on stage in Dothan, Alabama; photo by the very kind Happydays. Thanks again!

First things first--it's fun to lead off with good news! Bucky Covington's beautiful new eOne single "I Wanna Be That Feeling" moved up to #64 (from last week's #68) on the Music Row Country Breakout Chart. The "unoffical official" release to radio is said to be happening in early March, but there's no time like the present to let your local country station know you love hearing it...

Here's a reminder about two very special upcoming shows: Bucky, Bo Bice, Ty Herndon, Carter's Chord, Mockingbird Sun and Katie Chance are the stars of the Autism Sings benefit concert at Margaritaville Nashville (322 Broadway, Nashville, TN 37201) on March 13th. Advance tickets are available online now, and auctions for an autographed guitar, meet and greets and front row seating are happening right now, too. Hope you can be there!

Tickets are also available online
for Bucky's
April 13th concert at the Don Gibson Theater in Shelby, NC. Seats are $28, and word has it that the venue is beautiful...

Be sure to check out the excellent Buckytown USA blog, where Fran will bring you all the latest news every Saturday, Sunday and Monday morning. We'll see you here again on Monday evening--have a great weekend!

Weekend news: Bucky Covington at Stingray's (Maggie Valley NC) photos at Country's Chatter, and a chart check...

Many thanks to the very talented Diver for this dramatic live concert shot from Bucky Covington's Jacksonville Landing show.

Good news on this week's Music Row Country Breakout chart--Bucky Covington's new single, "I Wanna Be That Feeling", moved up a few notches to #68 from last week's #72. Word has it that the "unofficial" official (!) release date for Bucky's single is actually the first week in March...but please don't let that stop you from asking your local country station about it now.

We hear last night's rockin' live show at Coyote's Capone's was...must resist saying "a howl"...um, a blast (thanks to Country for the venue name correction--oops!), and the incredibly talented Country at Country's Chatter has some great photos now and the promise of a brand new, exclusive interview with Bucky to come very soon. Bookmark that site and stay tuned... (Updated Sunday am: the interview is posted here, and it's fantastic. Enjoy!)
Link
For all who'd like to say hello to Bucky, Rocky and the band tonight (Friday), the party's just about to get started at Stingray's in Maggie Valley, NC. We've got directions for you--if you're in the area, get offline, get in the car and get on over there to start your weekend off right! Fran will have hot news and great photos at Buckytown USA Saturday, Sunday and Monday morning--have a great weekend!

While we're waiting for the debut of the music video for Bucky Covington's new single, "I Wanna Be That Feeling", here's an encore of that behind-the-scenes glimpse from Bucky's own YouTube channel. Thanks to eOne for posting it!

A big, big thank you to Fran at Buckytown USA for breaking news of two new autumn shows at Bucky Covington's eOne Events page. Here's the scoop:

All dates are subject to change, please consult with the venue before traveling long distances.

Bucky Covington Fans are eligible for Meet & Greets at select shows.

Bucky Covington on stage in Thief River Falls; many thanks to the very generous Judy Lang for the photo!

On the meet and greet policy page, you'll find detailed info: looks like we'll still be logging into Bucky's site at Music City Networks (as well as checking personal emails) to find out about awarded M&Gs. The streamlining between the two sites seems to be a work in progress--best bet is to check both of Bucky's official sites often for updates and changes.

Last weekend's concert at the Fillmore in Detroit was a big hit with the fans and with a great group of local firefighters who came out to enjoy the music and fun. Bucky's Facebook linked this photo from the evening--nice smiles all around! BLEVE Entertainment's Facebook has even more...

Bucky's next show is only a couple of days away--he and his band will rock
Capone's in Johnson City, TN on Thursday, the 16th. Tickets are available here, and we hope you can be there for the party! If that's impossible, bring the party to your local radio station with a request for Bucky's new and beautiful spring single, "I Wanna Be That Feeling". We'll be back soon...

Bucky Covington's eOne site gets a shout-out via Twitter...

Thanks again to the very talented Judy Lang for this great concert photo of Bucky Covington on stage in Tulsa, OK.

There are changes in the works when it comes to Bucky Covington's online presence; typing BuckyCovington.com into your browser window now leads you to his eOne sponsored homepage, where a full bio, an embedded audio player with his latest single "I Wanna Be That Feeling", a video section and more await you. As far as we know (and always subject to change!), his fan club headquarters is still the Music City Network website that we've been linking to since it opened a few years ago. Stay tuned for more developments, and be sure to bookmark both sites. (Hey, there's always room for more Bucky Covington info online!)

Speaking of online info (nice segue, eh?), if you haven't stopped in at Buckytown USA, hop over and enjoy fresh photos from Hildi (taken this past weekend!) and Fran's excellent news and commentary.

Offline, the concert excitement begins just after Valentine's Day, when Bucky and his band return to the road for two rockin' shows at Capone's in Johnson City, TN on February 16th (buy tickets online), and at Stingray's in Maggie Valley, NC on February 17 (call 828-926-4100 or write to stingrays.maggie@gmail.com for info). Fan video: Bucky Covington sings "I Wanna Be That Feeling" in Wentzville, and a chart check at Music Row...

Thanks to kayjudylang for one of the very first live videos of Bucky Covington and his band performing "I Wanna Be That Feeling"; this was taken in Wentzville, MO, and it's a blast. It's a quiet news day (again...sigh!) but Bucky did Tweet a reminder about his upcoming show at Capone's in Johnson City, TN on February 16th (buy tickets online right here), so we'll remind everyone about it, too.

And as for that chart check--good news at this week's Music Row online Weekly Chart Report, where Bucky's new single has moved up to the New On The Chart-Debuting This Week list. It's currently holding the #79 spot there--and if you haven't heard it on your local country radio station, feel free to call or eQuest Bucky this weekend!

We'll turn it over to our friend Fran at Buckytown USA, where you'll find excellent Bucky Covington news, photos and videos every Saturday, Sunday and Monday morning. See you Monday evening--have a great weekend, y'all!

Bucky Covington's "I Wanna Be That Feeling" goes for a spin, and more radio notes...

Thanks to the very kind Hildi for sharing this fun concert photo: Bucky Covington and Luc Nyhus harmonized (and rocked) at Stoney's in Evansville last week. Stay tuned for more 2012 concert dates coming soon...

Good news from Music Row's recent Weekly Chart Report; Bucky Covington's new single "I Wanna Be That Feeling" is at the top of their "On Deck—Soon To Be Charting" list with 173 spins as of January 20th. When will the song officially hit the charts? We're guessing the answer is pretty soon...

Right now, however, the song is popping up on those "new music challenge" segments around the country. Bucky's latest tune faced other new releases on WPUR/Cat Country 107.3 in New Jersey and WKHX/Kicks 101.5 in Atlanta, among others. It's also on AllAccess.com's "Cool New Music" list for the week. Is it playing in your neck of the woods? Please let us know in comments and/or via Twitter (@Buckymania).

Bucky himself is doing all he can to promote his great new tune, including tweeting a link to this sweet acoustic performance on the FOX 17 (Nashville) Tennessee Mornings show last week. Enjoy Bucky, Ducky Medlock and Luc Nyhus in all their full screen glory by hitting that little rectangle at the lower right edge of the video.

To enjoy Bucky and his band in all their in-person glory, head on out to a show! Upcoming dates include that bash at Keller's Saloon in Castalian Springs, TN on April 7th (get your tickets in advance by calling 615-374-4719; thanks to Lucky Cowboy for the info) and an April 13th date at the Don Gibson Theatre in Shelby, NC (see this post for more details; thanks to Hildi for the ticket update). Our good friend Fran at Buckytown USA has two mystery dates listed for February, and we're eager to know what they might be...be sure to bookmark her excellent blog and check back to find out.

Finally, how about a few photo links? Bucky tweeted this shot of himself with the Tennessee Mornings hosts last week, and after the segment, he enjoyed some American Idol popcorn with FOX 17's Kelly Sutton. (Looks like fun!) He also shared this pre-segment image, and while we were down with the "tech flu", this fun snap taken at that Stoney's anniversary party popped up in his timeline. (Bucky's become quite the twitterer--follow him here and get ready for some smiles!)

We're still catching up with everything that got tangled last week--lost email, mis-filed photos and more. (Sigh.) Thanks so much for being patient and for your kind notes! We'll be up to speed again before you know it. Meanwhile...oh, heck, y'all know what's coming, don't you? Please feel free to request Bucky at your local country station! Back soon...Link

Happy New Year from Buckymania and a reminder: Bucky Covington at Harrah's Las Vegas, New Year's Eve

Thanks to Judy Lang for this classic concert shot of Rocky Covington and Bucky Covington on stage in Rockingham, NC.

It's been a wild--and sometimes tough--2011, but the latter half of this year gave Bucky Covington and his fans a lot to smile about. With a hot new single ( "I Wanna Be That Feeling", available right now at iTunes), a brand new label and a sophomore album on the way, 2012 is looking brighter than ever. If you're anywhere near Las Vegas, celebrate what's sure to be a fantastic New Year's Eve at Toby Keith's I Love This Bar & Grill at Harrah's Las Vegas where Bucky and his band will take the stage at about 10 pm and ring out '11 in style.

We're looking forward to a much busier year here at Buckymania, as well! It's starting off with a familiar request--the first "Vote for Bucky" drive of 2012 is underway now with GAC's Top 50 Videos of the 2000s poll. Click that link to vote for "A Different World", or use the handy new graphic link in our sidebar.

We'll be back on Monday--and we'll meet you at Buckytown USA for Saturday, Sunday and Monday morning's updates. See you in 2012, and have a splendid New Year!
