Quick news: More Bucky Covington CMA Fest video, new photos at Flickr, Spotlight Country interview, and a sweet leap at CMT Pure...

A big round of applause to the very generous for posting this up-close view of Bucky Covington and his band performing "I Wanna Be That Feeling" live from the Bud Light Bridgestone Stage during CMA Fest. To find out when Bucky will rock a stage near you, check out his schedule at his official website.

Bucky Covington's YouTube channel has been very busy, indeed! Today, this fun montage of sights and sounds from CMA Fest was posted--many thanks for giving those of us who couldn't go a sweet peek at the good times. (Ticketing for the 2013 Fest is already up and running on the CMA site...)

Bucky also was featured in this news clip from Spotlight Country, where he chats with interviewer Jill Wilderman backstage before his Fan Club party.  The full article mentioned in the video clip is available right here.

On Saturday night, Bucky and his band return to the stage for a free show at the Springs Spree in Colorado Springs--those of us who can't be there can enjoy "I Wanna Be That Feeling" on GAC and CMT Pure, where it's climbing the charts quite nicely!  A gracious friend sent word this morning that Bucky's video shot up to #3 (!) this week on CMT Pure's Pure 12 Pack , and we're eagerly anticipating good news from  GAC's Top 20 Country Countdown and from Music Row's Country Breakout Chart very soon.  (We'd sure love to hear Bucky on the radio even more often...if you haven't given your local country station's request line a ring, now's a good time...)

We'll close with a link to a beautiful gallery of concert shots by JMK Photography Nashville, taken during the Bud Light Stage set and newly posted at Flickr.  Enjoy, and we'll see you tomorrow evening!

Quick news: New videos at Bucky Covington's YouTube channel...

Bucky Covington's YouTube channel has been updated with not one, not two, but three new videos this week!  In addition to the very effective "tour commercial" above (get thee to a show, y'all), there's a sweet "fan testimonial" clip from CMA Fest with some lovely, familiar faces and this fun souvenir from the road (destination: Baltimore).  Enjoy!

Music Row also graciously shared this photo link via Twitter--Bucky and Ducky Medlock performed an in-office acoustic set there before the CMA Fest whirlwind began.

One of our favorite concert photos ever--Rocky Covington and Bucky Covington on stage in Grapevine, Texas as captured by the very kind AmaTexMom of BuckyFanPics fame.  (See AmaTexMom in Bucky's "fan testimonial" video here.)  Thanks again!

What's next?  Look for Bucky and his band on the road all summer long--upcoming stops include a show at the Columbia Music Arena (directions via Facebook) in Portsmouth, OH on Thursday, June 28th (tickets on sale at HoldMyTicket.com), a June 29th performance at the Salamonie Summer Festival in Warren, IN sponsored by K105 (click here for more info), and a date at Dough Boyz in Ashville, OH on June 30th.  (Call (740)983-0696 for more info on that Ashville show...sounds like a wild time in a nice intimate venue!)

We'll be back very soon--in the meantime, feel free to show Bucky and  "I Wanna Be That Feeling" some love at GAC's Top 20 Country Countdown, at CMT Pure's Pure 12 Pack and on your local country station's request line. Take care out there!

Video: Bucky Covington's "I Wanna Be That Feeling" live at CMA Fest, photo links and more...

Thanks to Bucky Covington at Twitter for sharing the link to this video taken during his CMA Fest performance at the Bridgestone Stage in Nashville a few days back.  Bucky and his band are headed cross-country and back again all summer long--click here to find out when they'll rock a stage near you.

CMA Fest 2012 is all done, but there are lots of memories popping up all over the net--Bucky Covington shared plenty of links via Twitter and Facebook, including this set of photos from today's IAFF meeting in Memphis (where he appeared in association with Help the Good Guys) and a beautiful gallery of shots by Music News Nashville's Dan Harr taken at the WSM Durango Acoustic Stage on Friday.  Bucky also popped up in wire service and fan photos posted at GAC  (where his video for "I Wanna Be That Feeling" will air at 4:17 pm or so tomorrow) and at Zimbio.

Some generous media, fans and friends Tweeted some sweet shots, too!  Check out Kimberly's big smile from Rocky Covington taken at Whiskey Bent (and a bonus Scott Tweten grin) ,  this Old Port festival photo from Sarah A.,and this Celebrity Challenge memory from @CMAFestVIP.

Bucky and Help the Good Guys are committed to helping firefighters and law enforcement officers in times of need, and the new Help The Good Guys Presents Bucky Covington  CD is a fantastic way of supporting a fine charity and enjoying some fine music, too.  Click here to order!

Your next chance to get a photo of Bucky happens tomorrow in Eminence, Missouri, where he'll perform at Cross Country Trail Ride.  Information is available by email at aunttoots7@hotmail.com, or call them at 573-226-3492. And on Saturday, June 16th they'll rock the Springs Spree in Colorado Springs--this is free with the festival, and he'll take that stage at about 3:00 pm.

For right now, Bucky's music is as close as your phone...and your local country radio station's request line.  (Ahem.)  As always, you're cordially invited to vote for Bucky's hot music video at GAC's Top 20 Country Countdown (where it rose to #11 this week--congrats!) and CMT Pure's Pure 12 Pack. We'll be back very soon--have a great evening!

Weekend preview: More Bucky Covington Fan Club party photos, WSM archives, CMA Fest continues and a chart check...

Thanks to Happydays for today's terrific photos from Bucky Covington's Fan Club party performance in Nashville.  (Click all images to view full size.)  To browse Bucky's concert schedule, click here.

Bucky Covington "had lunch" with a lot of us today, via the wonders of WSM's live stream from their Durango Acoustic Corner at Fan Fair Hall this morning.  If you weren't able to tune in, never fear--the station keeps an archive of past audio programs, and the announcer reminded us all to check back soon.  Bucky and Ducky Medlock performed "A Different World", "I'll Walk", "Drinking Side of Country" and "I Wanna Be That Feeling" to an overflow crowd, told a few fun stories, revealed the new release date for Bucky's second album (September 11th), and delighted all of us listening at work or at home.  Thanks to WSM for letting us in on the fun...

Also letting us in on the Fan Club party fun are two of Bucky's very generous partygoers:  our kind friend Happydays shared a link to her fab set of party shots at Photobucket with a sweet note to "snag all you want", and Shannon graciously tweeted links to two different albums on Facebook--enjoy this set featuring a few meet and greet extras, and this stellar group of concert images.  Kudos and many thanks, y'all!

Bucky's next CMA Fest event takes place bright and early tomorrow morning, when he'll join Carrie Underwood, Scotty McCreery, Lauren Alaina and many more stars for the City of Hope Celebrity Softball Challenge. The game starts at 9 am at Greer Stadium  (534 Chestnut St. in Nashville)--hope you can be there.

Rocky Covington on stage at Whiskey Bent in Nashville; thanks again to the very kind Happydays for the photo.

He'll wrap up his CMA Fest adventure with a 1 pm  performance at the GAC Living Country Stage as part of The Lodge, an interactive event sponsored by GAC and HGTV.  Tickets for this one were given away during a May contest, but keep an eye on the GAC Facebook and  Twitter for possible last-minute entries. After that, he'll sign autographs for ticket-holders at Booth 739 between 2 and 4 pm.

Last but definitely not least, join Bucky and his band at 5 pm at the Bud Light Stage at Bridgestone Plaza ( Fifth Avenue and Broadway in Downtown Nashville) for a free, public show that's guaranteed to rock!

We'll top things off with a quick chart check--Bucky's new (and hot) summer single "I Wanna Be That Feeling" made its Billboard Hot Country Songs chart debut at #59 earlier this week, and it moved up a notch to #42 on this week's Music Row Country Breakout Chart.  We'll keep on requesting it at our local country stations, keep on voting for his video at GAC's Top 20 Country Countdown and CMT Pure's Pure 12 Pack , and keep on watching it rise higher and higher...

Our talented blogger bud Fran at Buckytown USA will keep you posted with beautiful photos, excellent news and more this and every Saturday, Sunday and Monday morning.  We'll see you Monday evening...have a fantastic weekend, everyone!

Quick news: Bucky Covington in the CMA Fest Kickoff Parade (photo links) and at Whiskey Bent tonight...

Bucky Covington serenades the crowd at his first ever Fan Club party concert in Nashville during CMA Fest week 2009; photo provided by the very gracious Diver. Thanks again!

Thanks to Bucky Covington's Twitter for sharing so many links to photos from today's CMA Fest Kick-Off Parade in Nashville earlier today. Bucky waved from a classic fire fighter's truck representing Help the Good Guys, and he was the first country artist down the route.

Via Twitter, Bucky shared this parade shot from The Tenneesean, a great portrait with members of the Nashville Fire Department Honor Guard, a pre-parade handshake with Cowboy Troy, a post-parade smile with Craig Campbell, an inside-the-truck perspective (via Monarch Publicity), and a graceful pose with new country artist Imaj.

Bucky's sold out fan club party begins about 8:30 tonight at Whiskey Bent (directions) in downtown Nashville.  At about 10:30, the doors will be opened to the public, and Bucky and his band will rock the place for one and all!  This is a free show, so if you're anywhere near the area, get on down there now, y'all.  (No word yet on whether or not a live stream is happening tonight, but keep an eye on Bucky's Twitter and UStream.tv for any pleasant surprises...)

Those of us who can't be there (sigh!) can still give Bucky and "I Wanna Be That Feeling"  a big round of applause at  GAC's Top 20 Country Countdown and CMT Pure's Pure 12 Pack, as well as on the request lines at our local country stations.  More soon!

Quick news: Bucky Covington gets racy, and more...

Bucky Covington on stage in Birmingham; photo by the very generous Happydays.  Thanks again!

The first Celebrity Go-Go event happened earlier today--sounds like it was a "racy" good time!  The day of go-kart racing and golfing was a benefit for Hear the Music Live, and by all accounts it was a pleasure for the participants, too.  We'll post more links to photos from the event as they become available--in the meantime, Flying Island Entertainment at Twitter has this glimpse of Bucky Covington and Gwen Sebastian speeding around the track.  There's also a great shot shared by OriginalDreDreamer right here, and another fun Twitter image from CathyAnne...thanks, y'all!

Bucky had a busy day today; he, his beautiful fiancee Katherine Cook and Heather Conley of Monarch Publicity, eOne's Hannah Cox and New Revolution's Rob Dalton stopped in at Country Aircheck's new offices, where Bucky had the honor of doing the first official performance in the publication's new home. You can see a photo of the group (including the good folks who bring you Country Aircheck every day) by clicking here and scrolling down.

Bucky's next scheduled event happens at 11 am tomorrow, when he'll ride in the CMA Fest Kick-Off Parade in downtown Nashville along with lots of your favorite country stars and Help The Good Guys. The parade is free and open to the public, so if you're anywhere near Nashville (lucky you!) be there bright and early...

We'll close with the usual gentle but firm nudge:  be sure to vote for Bucky's hot summer love song "I Wanna Be That Feeling" at GAC's Top 20 Country Countdown and CMT Pure's Pure 12 Pack, and request him at your favorite local country station.  To keep up with Bucky's very hectic CMA Fest schedule, click here for our guide to his appearances this week, and follow Bucky's official Twitter and the CMA Twitter, too.  We'll see you soon!

Quick news: Bucky Covington's busy weekend begins, and possibilities at Cool Country Live...

A sweet singalong in Kansas City; here's Bucky Covington performing his debut hit "A Different World" at the Beaumont Club, as captured by the very kind . Bucky's latest emerging hit, "I Wanna Be That Feeling" , is available now at iTunes.

We'll keep it short and sweet, since it's a whirlwind of a weekend! The first photo from Bucky Covington's appearance at the Southern Women's Show earlier today hit Twitter a short time ago, thanks to a kind photographer; we're guessing lots more will be on the way very soon...

Bucky's fans in his home state of North Carolina are getting ready for Friday night's show at the Don Gibson Theatre (318 South Washington St, Shelby NC; visit eTix or call 704-487-8114 for tickets), and on Saturday, he and his band will rock the City Limits Saloon (861 W. Morgan St, Raleigh NC; tickets also available at eTix.) And on Sunday afternoon, he and Help The Good Guys team up for a show to benefit Sergeant Lowell Russell. That one's happening at Sequoyah High School in Monroe County, TN, and $10 tickets are available online at the Help the Good Guys site or at the door.

Thanks to Diver for this classic shot from Bucky Covington's concert at the Greeley Stampede in Greeley, Colorado.

Finally, an intriguing Tweet popped up early this evening; looks like Cool Country Live, a brand new radio show from Nashville, is "working hard" to feature Bucky and Phil Vassar for their first taping on April 24th. If you're in the area, you might be able to be part of it, too! From the site: "You will be able to attend a taping free. We do have limited space available, drop us an e-mail at audience@coolcountrylive.com." There's also a mailing list/newsletter in the works--sign up and stay tuned for further developments.

Another note from Nashville--the CMA Fest Riverfront Stages lineup has been announced, and Bucky's name is not on the list as of press time. (Sigh.) We're hoping for more CMA Week news soon...and in the meantime, be sure to check out all the places Bucky will be (there are a lot of them!) this year at his events page at eOne now.

Have a great evening, everyone!

Awesome live, outstanding on the radio! Request Bucky on the radio and dedicate it to your own Dad! Bucky and his band will play this year's CMA Fest Riverstages on June 10th at 12:30 pm; head on over here for more CMA Fest info, and here for Bucky's tour schedule. Fresh video: Bucky Covington's "It's Good to Be Us" live, CMA Fest update and a few notes...

Newbie or long-time supporter...it's good to be a Bucky Covington fan! This "live from Birmngham" version of Bucky's hit "It's Good to Be Us" was shared by the very gracious at YouTube; huge thanks to her for her kindness. For your chance to enjoy a hot live show in your hometown, click here and check out the Hometown Tour schedule at Bucky's official site.

Bucky Covington's Hometown Tour keeps on rollin'! He'll be greeting fans in his own new hometown, Nashville, at CMA Fest this year; the latest update from the festival's site is that Bucky will be signing in Fan Fair Hall at Booth 700. It's all happening at the Nashville Convention Center (entrance on Commerce Street near 5th Ave), and as soon as more details come in, we'll post them here...

Thanks again to the very talented Judy Lang for this great concert photo of Bucky Covington on stage in Tulsa, OK.

Buckytown USA has two shows in the spotlight for this week, and the first one's free. On Friday, Bucky and his excellent band will rock the Thibodaux Firemen's Fair in Thibodaux, LA from 10:30 to midnight. (Here's a handy Google map to the fairgrounds; hope you can be there!) Saturday, the tour bus will stop at the Celebrity Lounge at the Eldorado Resort Casino in Shreveport, LA ; tickets are $25, and Fran notes that there may be a conference call happening that night.

We'll sign off with a hearty welcome and a wave to Bucky's brand new fans! Many thanks to you for stopping by--it's been fun to see new visitors, and we hope you'll bookmark us, Buckytown USA, Bucky's official site and the many cool links on the sidebars and enjoy the ride. We'll answer a few of the top search queries:

  • Bucky's new album, tentatively titled I'm Alright, will likely make its way to a very eager audience sometime this fall. As of now, there's been no label announcement, but we're hoping to have news on that very soon.
  • The very best way to hear Bucky's new tunes is to get to a show--and bring a friend, or two, or several...the more the merrier!
  • The best way to help those new tunes get on the radio when they're officially released is to request Bucky's previous hits at your local country station. (Yep, a look back at the archives will reveal that we've been a wee bit...um, repetitive about the importance of radio requests. But it is vital--keeping Bucky's beautiful voice on the radio is a huge help now and down the road. When stations know that local listeners are interested in an artist, they're more likely to his new material a spin and/or book him for local shows and events. So keep in touch with your favorite DJ, y'all.)
Back soon with much more--have a delightful day!

Bucky Covington's summer concert season begins (and an interview link, too--updated...)

Huge thanks to our talented friend Judy Lang for this great shot of Bucky Covington (with Jeff Cease at right) on stage in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. Click the photo to see Bucky's tour schedule at BuckyCovington.com.

It's official--country music's summer concert season kickoff (also known as CMA Fest) is happening as we speak. Bucky Covington's fans have plenty of chances to see and hear him and his excellent band while enjoying the sights and sounds of Nashville; if you missed him at Tuesday's Country Weekly Fashion Show and Concert at the Wildhorse Saloon and the Reading, Writing and Rhythm benefit show, you can greet Bucky at the Greased Lightning Fan Fair Hall on Thursday, 6/10. According to his official Facebook, you'll also have a chance to win a signed guitar! Fran at the must-read Buckytown USA blog (bookmark them now!) reports that Bucky will do a Q&A as part of The Country Network's* Skype Lounge at Fan Fair this year--head over to Buckytown for details on how you can be part of the fun.

Of course, any country artist's biggest connection with his or her fans happens from the stage, and Bucky and his band are ready to connect with you at about 2:15 pm on Friday the 11th at the Riverfront Stages--gotta be there! If you're among those of us that won't be able to make it to CMA Fest this year (sigh), you'll be happy to know that Bucky and company hit the road immediately after that show. Their post-CMA tour starts with the First Coast Music Festival in Jacksonville, Florida; gates open at 2 p.m., music and food are available all day, and Bucky takes the stage at approximately 8:40 p.m. Thanks to an kind anonymous commenter for letting us know that the First Coast festival has been rescheduled for Fall 2010. Details as soon as we get them...

The summer tour fun is just beginning, of course! Dates are being added all the time--as always, we're going to strongly recommend bookmarking Bucky's official site and Buckytown USA for updated info. And "A Father's Love (The Only Way He Knew How)", his current hit, is already said to be quite a crowd pleaser and a sing-along live. (Don't know the words? Click here to find out where to request it, and get ready to sing along live and with your radio. Yes, I am sneaky.)

We'll wrap it up with a link to a revealing--and funny--interview you might have missed. Revue magazine's Jamie Linari spoke to Bucky ahead of his upcoming show at the Muskegon Summer Celebration in Michigan on the 27th, and his answers to their questions are intriguing. Enjoy!

Here's a little music to take us out--this performance of "I'll Walk" from Bucky's recent Sioux Falls show is a definite keeper. Many thanks to xxhhheatherrrxx for posting it on YouTube this week. See you on the road!

*Yep, The Country Network; another place to vote for Bucky's "A Father Love" video, when it gets made. Stay tuned...

New concert date: Bucky Covington at Memphis Motorsports Park, Oct. 24 (and an ABC reminder)

Bucky Covington on stage during his first ever Fan Club party concert in Nashville during CMA Fest week; photo provided by the very gracious Diver. Thanks again!

Looks like that Memphis show we wrote about last week is a go, in more ways than one! The Memphis Motorsports Park website now sports a race day events schedule for the the Kroger On Track for the Cure 250 on October 24, and Bucky Covington is listed as the Post-Race Comcast Concert Series performer. Tickets for the race are on sale now at 1-866-40-SPEED and online at MemphisMotorsportsPark.com. (Thanks so much to TexasProudBuckyFan for the heads-up.)

No word on whether or not we'll catch a glimpse of Bucky on ABC's CMA Music Festival: Country’s Night to Rock special tonight (he was a fun part of CMA Fest, itself), but Bucky's Idol compatriot and friend Kellie Pickler is definitely a star of the show. She'll be shown hanging out with fans, tasting "Kellie Pickler" ice cream at Mike's in Nashville, and performing "Best Days of Your Life." (Twitter fans take note--Kellie and several other artists will participate in a live "Tweet and Greet" Twitter feed tonight during the special: click here for details.) It all begins at 8 pm ET on ABC.

Speaking of CMA Fest, they've just announced something different for 2010--a layaway plan! You can buy your tickets now and make a 25% deposit (plus a $5/ticket surcharge), then you'll be automatically charged 25% on the first of February, March and April 2010. The layaway ticket option is available by phone only; call the Box Office at 1-800-CMA-FEST (262-3378) and get ready to rock in person next year! (And if Bucky's first fan club party was any indication, you'll absolutely want to be there for the next...)

More soon--Winnie

Quick Monday news: Bucky Covington in Alaska, chart check and more...

Many thanks to the gracious Buckaholic for this up-close-and-personal shot of Bucky Covington getting soulful on stage at the Indiana State Fair. Click the image to check out his concert schedule at Bucky's official site.

Bucky Covington
and his excellent band are bringing some Southern charm way, way up North tonight; they're playing the Alaska State Fair in Palmer at 7:30 pm, and if you're local (lucky you!) keep it tuned to sponsoring station KBEAR 104.1 for updates and possible extras. (Speaking of extras, Country 104.7 KKRV has a few shots from Bucky's Waterville, WA stop posted on their photo wall today...)

As mentioned earlier, "I Want My Life Back" is proudly sporting a big red bullet this morning, despite a superstar polevault that bumped it back to #31--show Bucky some love on the request lines, and that bullet's bound to look even sweeter.

We're working on an autumn concert post for this afternoon--there are lots of hot nights of music to look forward to as the weather cools down! In the immediate future, Bucky's California fans have reason to celebrate, as he and his band return for a show at The Wrangler in Elk Grove (Sacramento area) on Thursday, 9/3 , and make a stop in San Jose at the Rodeo Club on Friday, 9/4. On Saturday night, they'll rock the Inter-Mountain Fair in McArthur. (As always, we heartily recommend bookmarking Bucky's MySpace calendar, Buckytown USA's concert sidebar and Bucky Covington's official tour page for the latest on his exciting live happenings.)

Rocky Covington takes the mic while Bucky Covington plays guitar at the Indiana State Fair--thanks again to Judy Lang for this terrific photo.

We're looking forward to a little more TV and media time once Bucky's second album, due November 3rd as of now, hits the shelves. His Are You Smarter than a 5th Grader appearance for charity airs on CMT September 23rd, and Bucky mentioned a planned music video shoot in Rockingham during an interview a couple of weeks back. He spoke briefly about the final decision on the cover art during his video chat with Brent at KKRV, and it would be a big boost to see it soon...maybe this week? Carrie Underwood's beautiful CD cover has just been posted on Brian Mansfield's Idol Chatter blog at USA Today--here's hoping we're next...)

More--including that fall concert roundup--coming up. Happy Monday, everyone!--Winnie

Coffee break video: Bucky Covington's "Back When We Were Gods", a few KJJY photos and a CMA Fest update...

Bucky Covington @ St Judes Benefit

Thanks to Sue at MySpace for capturing Bucky Covington's funny intro and a lovely acoustic performance, too--here's Bucky, Steve Cook and Jeff Cease at Q106's St. Jude's Storyteller's Jam last September. Click here to see a big and beautiful photo album from the concert at Q106.com.

Is it too early to be thinking about CMA Fest 2010? Not if you're planning to get a good set of seats; the official CMA Fest site has already been switched over to accommodate next year's ticket buyers, and it looks as though there are some good floor seats available here and there for the LP Field extravaganza. With the smashing success of Bucky Covington's Fan Club party during this year's Fest week (partygoers got a full and very hot concert at Rocketown) and a new album coming out in September, it's safe to say that CMA Fest will be an even more enticing destination for Bucky's fans from here on out. Make those travel plans early!

As for CMA Fest 2009, you can enjoy it (or relive it) via the magic of television on August 31st. ABC is again hosting the CMA Music Festival: Country's Night to Rock special, and while there's no full official announcement of featured artists, with a three-hour timeslot (up from two last year), there's a strong chance you'll see Bucky's smiling face somewhere on your screen that evening. No mention of any Riverfront Stages specials at GAC just yet, but we sure hope there'll be one there soon...

And as we speak, the gallery from yesterday's KJJY Big Country Bash is being uploaded at the station's site--so far, there's a cute meet-and-greet snap and a perfomance photo from Bucky's show, but there may be more by the time you read this. Happy browsing!

Be sure to request "I Want My Life Back" for your evening commute, and have a safe trip home. See you soon--Winnie

Sunday news: Bucky Covington in El Paso, countdown Sunday, chart check and more...

Bucky Covington at his Fan Club party, 6/10; photo by Buckaholic. Thanks! Click image to see video from the Fan Club concert.Bucky Covington shares a smile with his audience at his Fan Club party in Nashville, June 10th; photo courtesy of the very kind Buckaholic, who was there for the fun. Thanks again!

Looking for some Wet and Wild fun in El Paso today? KHEY's New Country Showcase is the place to be; Bucky Covington and his excellent band headline a bill that includes Chris Young, Justin Moore and Whitney Duncan, and the party should be underway right about now.

Later this week, catch Bucky in Memphis for a free KIX on Beale show on Thursday, June 18th, and in Neenah, Wisconsin at Willie Beamon's on Saturday, June 20th. (That Neenah date is an all-day mini festival; tickets are $20 for general admission and $35 for VIP seats. If you're unemployed or an Elks member, the concert's free for you!)

Bucky's got a very hot summer tour ahead--bookmark the sidebar at Buckytown USA and Bucky Covington's official tour page to keep up with the latest concert news, and get to as many shows as you can...

If you've tuned in to your favorite local country station, chances are you've already heard "I Want My Life Back" on your radio today--Bucky's latest chart-climber is currently #36 with a bullet on the Mediabase published charts, and it's part of Kix Brooks' American Country Countdown and Bob Kingsley's Country Top 40 this week. (Once those great countdown shows are over and live programming resumes, feel free to spice up the rest of your radio-listening day with a request or two! This weekend and the chart week ahead are crucial, and our help will really counterbalance that superstar pole vault nicely, so feel good about hitting those phones...)

Bucky Covington, Tom Hurst and Steve Cook rocked the crowd at Riverfront Park during the CMA Fest daytime show on Friday; photo courtesy of our good friend Diver. Thanks so much!

We'll close with a couple of CMA Fest souvenirs; Bucky is the first artist in CMT's collection of Exhibit Hall shots (only one photo so far, but it's great), and he answered a funny question via video while he was at GAC's booth on Thursday. (Okay, who was the bald-headed fan who asked for the autograph...if you're reading this, 'fess up!) Back with much more later today--thanks for bearing with our tech difficulties, and have a sweet Sunday!--Winnie
