It's only Thursday, but we're ready for the weekend, yes? Colllleeen captured this exciting version of Bucky Covington's "American Friday Night" at Thunderbash last weekend; click here to find out when Bucky and his excellent band will be rockin' your hometown. Thanks, Colleen!
Just a few concert updates to round out the week:
The fine folks at Buckytown spread word of two new dates on Bucky Covington's Hometown Tour schedule; he and his band will be performing at Bullfeather's in Anderson, SC on June 17th, and at Six Flags Over Texas in Arlington on July 30th. Hope you can be there for one (or both) of these fab summer shows!
We've got a mystery date popping up on Twitter, courtesy of Music City 411 who posted this message a few days ago: "Proud to welcome @buckycovington as a performer in our very first Music City 411: 'The Fan's Jam'. (6/12) More announcements soon..." Sounds like fun! We'll get more details when they become available--but in the meantime, might as well keep the night free, y'all...
Summertime for country music fans officially kicks off with CMA Fest in Nashville, of course; besides the long awaited Fan Club Party on June 8th (details in previous post), Bucky's fans will have a chance to say hello to him at Booth 700 (Bucky's own booth) 2-4 pm on June 9th, and at the Roper/Stetson booth (Booth 200) from 3:30 to 4:30 pm on June 10th. Get there early--Bucky's been known to have a long line of happy fans waiting to greet him there. Bucky's main appearance at the Fest is a singing one, of course; enjoy his live performance at Riverstages on June 10th at 12:30 pm. More soon!
