Bucky Covington concert reminders, and a few fun photo links...

Tuesday's Photo of the Day was taken by the supremely talented Judy Lang; here's Bucky Covington on stage in his home town of Rockingham, NC. Click the image to find out when Bucky and his band will be headed your way this summer. Thanks again to Judy!

Bucky Covington and his band are set to play the Pennsboro Motor Speedway in Pennsboro, WV on Friday, July 22nd, when they'll headline the 2011 Summer Bash. This one's a fundraiser for the Ellenboro Fire Department, and the Davisson Brothers Band will open the show. Click here for a flyer [.pdf] with ticket details and all the info you'll need...

The next day, Saturday the 23rd, catch Bucky and the band at the Buchanan Country Fest in Grundy, VA; the music starts at 9 pm.

Our good friends at Buckytown USA mentioned a newly-added show in St. Robert, Missouri; this one's happening on Saturday, August 20th at the Trinity Entertainment Complex, and tickets will be available online at 10:00 am on Friday, July 15th. Huge thanks to Buckytown for the news!

Bucky Covington and Rocky Covington, rockin' Rockingham (sorry, couldn't resist); thanks again to Judy Lang for her generosity.

Want some fun concert photos? We found a few--the official CMA photostream at Flickr contains some beautiful shots from Bucky's performance at Riverfront Stages last month, and a couple of sweet Fan Fair Hall images, too. And if you're looking for a blast from the recent past, here's a fun gallery from CrusaderNews.com that we missed a while ago; the shots are from the 2010 LHS Country Showdown in Liberal, KS, and they're great.

Finally, a reminder about our New Song Poll--it's on! If you're not familiar with the songs in question, scroll down or click here to see the poll post, complete with concert videos by talented Bucky Covington fans. Then, be sure to check out Bucky's tour schedule and give him some feedback in person, too. Enjoy your Tuesday!

PS: Comments will be down and/or old comments will disappear for a few hours while we test services--hopefully, you'll see them again very soon. Please feel free to contact me at Twitter with anything you'd like added to the page, and thanks!

  2. Hi Kathy--good to see you and awwwww...happy birthday to Zach on the 22nd! :) I have a feeling they'll probably add some shows in the area later this year--fingers crossed that we both get a chance to see and hear him soon. Take care!
