Thanks again to Minnie for today's Photo of the Day; this striking shot was taken during Bucky Covington's set at KNCI's Golf and Guitars tournament a while back. There's a video of John Michael Montgomery and Bucky Covington's impromptu "Turn The Page" performance at YouTube; Bucky and Mr. Montgomery will perform on August 11th of this year at the big Fuddfest in Gleason, WI. Just a few quick notes for a busy Wednesday:
Bucky Covington and his band are in the middle of a long and lovely Hometown Tour; and those festival shows are a highlight. If you love camping out, outdoor fun and good country music, you'll want to be there for Fuddfest in Gleason, WI on August 11th. Bucky and company will take the stage at about 6pm, when they'll open for the legendary John Michael Montgomery. (Bucky and Mr. Montgomery have shared a stage to fine effect before; check out their raw, impromptu and haunting KNCI Golf and Guitars duet performance of Bob Seger's "Turn the Page" at YouTube.)
