2012 goes live: new concert dates at Bucky Covington's official site (updated)

A little live memory to get us through the winter break: KYTN's Don Wilson introduces Bucky Covington and band to a packed house at KP's Music Rodeo in this video shared by the fine folks at the venue. Stay tuned for more news on Bucky's upcoming 2012 tour dates...

Happy New Year! We're waiting for an official radio add date for Bucky Covington's new single, "I Wanna Be That Feeling" (available at iTunes now...ahem) but there's news to report right now--new confirmed concert dates for 2012 have just popped up on Bucky's official site, so start making plans for a fantastic night of live country music! Here's what we've got so far:

April 07, 2012 at Keller's Saloon in Castalian Springs, TN (ReverbNation link): More info coming soon! (Updated to add this tweet from @LuckyCowboy, posted in its entirety: Apr 7 Kellers Saloon Castalian Springs, TN. BUCKY COVINGTON, CURTIS & LUCKEY & THE CHILI CHICKS. Tics $15 615-374-4719)

April 13, 2012 at the Don Gibson Theater in Shelby, NC: More info soon--check this link for tickets as the concert date grows closer.

July 14, 2012 at the Putnam County Fair in Eleanor, WV: The Fair's site will be updated for 2012 later in the year...stay tuned!

Meanwhile, there's a bit of cheering to do from the comfort of our very own homes...warm up those "vote for Bucky" reflexes at GAC's Top 50 Videos of the 2000s poll, where "A Different World" is in the running, and be sure to check out Fran's weekend updates and excellent photos at Buckytown USA. We'll be back with more very soon...enjoy the evening!

Edited to add a tech update: The old comments app (Disqus) seemed to be causing problems for a few folks, so I uninstalled it and reverted back to Blogger comments for the time being. Unfortunately, it looks as though a few recent comments were wiped out in the switch. I hope to have your posts back ASAP! Thanks for your comments and your patience--W
