Tomorrow's Bucky Covington concert at Tomahawks in St. Albans, WV is a must-see if you're in the area--these small-venue stops are rare, and they're a total blast! The Charleston Gazette has a brief but fun interview with Bucky posted at their website, along with details on Friday's show, and WQBE in Charleston, WV is running a ticket contest this morning. Be sure to tune in before 10 am and enjoy. A few tickets ($30) are available via the venue's home page, but we'd strongly suggest moving fast...
Speaking of the radio, the technically not-yet-released "Gotta Be Somebody" is already making waves. That early-morning airplay is cranking up in places like Salt Lake City (on KSOP) and Memphis (on 95-3 The Rebel.) If you hear it on your local country station, please let us know! News of Bucky's new song has made it to the front page sidebar of CMT.com and USA Today's Idol Chatter blog, among many other media outlets.
