Bucky Covington and Rocky Covington share the microphone for a duet in Dothan, AL; photo by the very kind Happydays. Thanks again to Happy for the terrific concert shots!
Good news for those planning to attend Bucky Covington's concert at the Santa Barbara County Fair on July 15th; not only are the concerts free with fair admission, but there are also special deals happening for early ticket buyers. From the Lompoc Record:

Bucky and his band will rock the Main Stage of the Fair on Opening Day, Wednesday, 7/15--and to make things even better, from the article: "Santa Barbara Bank & Trust Dollar Day brings $1 admission and $1 carnival rides." Can't beat that! If you'll be in the area, go--and please bring your camera...
Bucky Covington on stage at the KHEY New Country Showcase in El Paso, reposted by request; photo by our talented friend Buckymouse. Thanks again! As for past live memories, here's a photo gallery link we missed a little while back--Bucky and company closed out the Sunday night fun at Taste of Cincinnati a couple of weeks back, and B105's shots from the festival are a fun Monday morning diversion. (We'll repeat that Kix 106 gallery link from the earlier post; Kix on Beale shots are up on the station's site, and that looks like quite a night in Memphis.)
This week, Bucky and the band have a few days off before Friday's hot Flaming Gorge Days show in Green River, Wyoming, but naturally, the charts never rest! "I Want My Life Back" [hear Bucky Covington's new single at his MySpace] starts off Monday morning at #34 on the Mediabase published charts, with a bullet we'd love to see plumped-up over the course of the week. Give your local country DJ a call today; there's plenty of time to put together that lunchtime request-hour dedication to someone special. (Even if that someone special is you!) WKML's Larry K might be looking for us, too; last Friday's countdown was pre-empted by a Father's Day special, but Bucky's eligible for the regular show today. Write to Larry at country@wkml.com with a request for Bucky, and let Fayetteville know we've got his back!
We'll wind it down for now with links to two favorites every Monday morning--Steve Cook's excellent Shiny Bass journal should be updated sometime today, and Buckytown USA awaits you now with some beautiful concert shots by Buckymouse, a great request banner by Judy Lang, and Fran and Renee's always-cool weekly roundup of info and events. Finally, stop in at Today's Best Country Music Videos for a nice live clip of Bucky's "A Different World" taken at Q106's Storyteller's Jam VI in Madison, WI.
Have a lovely Monday morning!--Winnie
