Thre'll be lots of live smiles in the Lone Star State tonight--Bucky and company will rock the Glass Cactus in Grapevine (Dalls/Ft. Worth) Texas this evening for a sold-out show. (If you're in the area, you might as well contact the venue to see if some last-minute tickets pop up--can't hurt, and you might get lucky...)

The next stop on that darting red Gruvr tour map line is the Pullo Performing Arts Center in York PA on January 25 (tickets here). After that, catch Bucky opening for Trace Adkins at the Tsongas Arena in Lowell, MA on 1/31 (see ad in sidebar) On 2/1, he'll open for Trace Adkins in Johnstown, Pennsylvania ; tickets can be purchased at the War Memorial Arena box office (ticket request form available here) or charge by phone at 1-800-243-8499. The local number is 536-5156.

As of now, Bucky's official concert schedule is a work in progress (which isn't so unusual this early in the year) and there are bound to be plenty of changes and additions to the calendar. One thing we do know for sure is that he'll be very, very busy pleasing his fans from coast to coast and beyond. Stay tuned for links to the latest as more news develops...

Chart news: "It's Good to Be Us" moves toward a full week in the Top 20 at #20 on both the Mediabase weighted and Top 500 charts. The nationally syndicated shows and your local airwaves could use a bit of Bucky's sunny single, so keep requesting!-And if your local station has hopped onboard since Bucky went Top 20, give them a sweet call or email and tell them you're enjoying hearing the song as you drive...

On the tube and around the net: Yesterday, the American Country Countdown newsletter spread the good news that Bucky would be a guest on this weekend's show (check Radiotime for stations) ; and last night, a kind commenter passed on another radio tidbit. "Bucky is also going to be on Bob Kingsley's Country Top 40 ...listen closely in the second hour, right around song #23! Happy radio listening this weekend." Thanks so much to our anonymous friend! Radiotime also has a list of stations airing Country Top 40, including streaming options; default time zone is central.)
