A Truck Stop coffee break...

Here's a delightful way to spend your coffee break--pull over at the Bucky Truck Stop at Rawkhands, where Misty of Misfit's World fame has kindly shared a photo of a beautiful Bucky Covington billboard advertising his appearance at the Lycoming County Fair in Hughesville, PA, and a much "knee-ded" fashion retrospective of sorts is in progress. (Thanks, Beesims.) Have fun! See you later today--Winnie

  5. Hey, Carol, Bunny and Anon! Hey, it was and is a groaner of a pun, but at least I resisted the "holey" temptation.

And he has mastered the art of traveling light, for sure--light, and ventilated... :)

How is it possible in 1 day to loose 1million in aud imp on mediabase. (500 chart)Yesterday it was 25,819 and today its at 24,752 we dropped 6 spins as well. On the weighted chart (measured by aud imp) yest was 20,708 and today is 20,276 but a gain of 57 spins. Everyone around Bucky is jumping up nicely. Im just a little confused. We need the weighted chart to not loose aud imp that is the chart all other charts are based on.
Sorry for my ramblings just frustated is all....

  7. Hi, Anon! It is frustrating for sure--unfortunately, I am a bit of a chart airhead when it comes to the finer points of exactly how and why that would have happened. (I am hoping someone with a lot more Mediabase savvy can come into comments and shed some light...)

The only thing I can say is that it's clear the fans have really been supporting this single--voting, requesting, and generally spreading the word. (And of course, Bucky's out there on stage crooning a killer live version, too.) I guess the best thing to keep in mind when charts look like this (and they will, sometimes) is that we can influence the charts, but we can't control them. Our requests are a huge factor, though--that can't be denied.
