Okay...they said it was going to be Brad's song...but now they are playing Bucky's now. Oops...I think the sub made a boo boo.

What is the origin or whatever behind "Cackalacky?"

    #2 Bucky Covington "Different World"
    #3 Brad Paisley "She's Everything"

He apoligized for technical mistake and said make sure you give "Buckly" [sic] credit for being number 2 tonight. Play Brad now.

    I really miss Larry. hahaha

  12. Oops! Wonder what the actual order was? Oh, well. A spin's a spin...

No clue about Ckackalacy--the first time I ever heard it was when Bucky said it, but apparently there's a hip-hop connection somewhere. It's fun, though. :)

(I can't even hear the stream 75% of the time, and I miss Larry!)

Oh my....this break the sub DJ John got his name right and actually said "Bucky Covington" but now he called the song "Different Life."

I really REALLY miss Larry! haha

This DJ has a nice speaking voice but he just does not have the countdown flair of Larry. LOL LOL Plus Larry never called Bucky, "Buckly" or "Different Workd," Different Life." hahaha Oh well...either Larry will be back tomorrow I expect OR John will rise to the occasion on the big Friday countdown when Bucky is back at #1. *fingers crossed* haha

Congratulations Bucky for another good showing in the countdown! :D

I mean yes it is good that Bucky is praised...but I wish they would not have to bring down Carrie and Josh in doing so. All three are talented and there is room for all of them to be successful and put our good music.

I know it is not nice to put down the other idols. I was just paying attention to the nice words about Bucky. I happen to disagree with his words on Carrie and Josh. I love both of them.

How does one make the clickable blue word links on here?

    ReplyDelete
  31. Thanks for that link! Interesting, coming from an Idol blogger who sounds like he might be a country music fan too...

    Let's try this:

    Miami Herald

    ReplyDelete
  32. To make clickable links in commnets, you can use the "a href" html tag (remove spaces in the real thing):

    Text you want to link

    Hope that helps! :)

    ReplyDelete
  33. Anonymous9:37 PM

    "a href" html tag

I do not know what that means? :O

    ReplyDelete
  34. Whoops--was trying to leave spaces so you could see how it was done but ended up making a working link. It is 1:30 am here and I may not make mch sense! I'll try again:

Type all this stuff between the rows of asterisks on one line with no spaces (I will use Google as the example):

    ******************************

    Google

    *******************************

If that doesn't help, there are probably HTML tutorials in Google search that can explain it much better that I can...hope that helps a little!
