Gotta run--real post later tonight! But in the meantime, be sure to catch the lovely Sunscreen's latest additions to the Bucky thread at Rawkhands--(Edited to add--there's even more there now, including a link to Kat's "Black Horse" performance that you'll definitely want to see. Nice backup singers!)--and the newest recaps of the Wilkes-Barre show at MJ's. Bucky's red-hot set on that last stellar night made a big impression on a lot of concertgoers--it was that good, y'all.
How good? See for yourself, via MJ's handy media page--both "Superstition" and the Bucky-and-Chris "Drift Away" duet, among many other moments, are there for your enjoyment. (Kudos to both MJ and Sunscreen for all the incredible media and photos you've shared this season--thank you so much!)
And here's another beautiful gallery, also via MJ's--three Shutterfly albums of photos from Syracuse, Portland and Wilkes-Barre, shared by a kind lady who had great seats for all three shows. (There's a funny shot captured during the now-famous "gotta fix this shirt!" moment and an especially rockstarry "Superstition" snap among the photos of Bucky in the W-B album, but they're all pretty terrific. Enjoy!)
See you later today...
I love the shots of Bucky and Kellie in the parrot heads. haha
ReplyDeleteNow when did they wear those? For what song? I need to hunt up some video. haha
Hi and welcome! That was at the Portland concert, and I believe it was during "Living in America". There's gotta be some footage of that somewhere--if I find it, I'll post a link for sure...
ReplyDeleteThanks. I found some "Living in America" video from Portland but Bucky was not wearing the parrot head for them. Maybe it was before the song started and not captured? He does do the chicken dance during that song though. hahaha It was a whole bird theme for him that night it seems. lol
ReplyDeleteUnfortunately, I can't dowload anything until my connection's better, but maybe I got it mixed up (wouldn't be the first time :) and it was actually "We Are the Champions?" Any lurkers out there from that audience? Please help...
