Stylin'...

At TWoP, an insider has posted the name of the artist Bucky's likely to cover for Country night, but no song title. Don't click here if you don't want to know! I think we're in for another excellent evening, if that's even close to true.

As for how Bucky's likely to look on Tuesday, this People magazine article about the Idols' makeovers suggests that the hat is likely to make an encore appearance. (Hey, I think we can call it a lucky hat at this point...)

In other fashion news, be sure to hit the often overlooked, cheesy-but-enjoyable "Style Idol" section at the official Idol site--full of fun facts, awkward tie-in shopping links, and the occasional truly great photo of Bucky you might have otherwise missed. (Or is that Robert Plant?) With today being April 1st*, we waited to post this next bit, but the Fox Idol News feed says it's so--after Country night, the next week's theme is the music of Queen. Hmmm, we say. We like Queen, but as an American Idol theme, it's...well...interesting. (Queen? Really? Who is picking the themes this year, and can we please take his or her Milton Bradley "Pik-A-Theem" Popomatic Board Game away? Thank you.)
