Quick news: Bucky Covington's Cyber Monday deal, photo links and more...

The winter holiday season is here, but a live Bucky Covington show makes any day feel like summer! Here's a sweet warm weather concert memory from a little while back; Bucky and his band performed "Mama Must Be Prayin'", "Evel Knievel" and "The Wall" for a happy audience in Imlay City, MI, and moya1jb captured it in fine style. For your next opportunity to hear Bucky live, check out the schedule at his official site, and stay tuned...

Cyber Monday is upon us, and if you haven't snagged Bucky Covington's excellent new album Good Guys, you're in luck--it's now a mere $5 on Amazon mp3, and it makes a fantastic gift!  Bucky's current single, "Drinking Side of Country" is a rockin' good time for a great cause--right now, and through 12/31, all proceeds from downloads of the song at iTunes and at the Help The Good Guys store are being donated to International Association of Firefighters Relief Fund, in support of East Coast firefighters who suffered losses due to Hurricane Sandy.  Get 'em both!

Bucky's recent shows were covered in great style by some very talented fans--we loved this beautifully framed photo of the whole band by the very gracious Kimberly/@msBuckyfan at Twitter (she's got links to lots more in her profile), this sunny image by maxgoldbergpix at Flickr, and this striking vintage "behind the scenes" video-set shot shared by @ChesleyTempest

Other than that, the week's starting off fairly quietly...but things don't have to stay quiet at all!  Call up your local country station and request  "Drinking Side of Country" , and vote for Bucky and Shooter at GAC's Top 50 Videos of the Year and at CMT Pure's Pure 12 Pack. That GAC poll ends on November 30th--so if you haven't had your say yet, do it every day starting now, and please tell a friend or ten.  We'll be back tomorrow--have a great night, everyone!
