Video: Help the Good Guys and Bucky Covington in Little Rock, John Michael Montgomery and Bucky Covington at the Municipal Auditorium (Nashville) October 20 and more...

Bucky Covington is the official spokesman for Help the Good Guys, an organization created to assist injured firefighters and law enforcement officers and their families.  This news report from Little Rock features footage from the HTTG benefit for Jacksonville, AK Fire and Police officers Captain Donnie Jones (LODD), Engineer Jason Bowmaster and Officer Daniel DeMatteo back in April.   To keep up with all of Help The Good Guys' events, visit them at Facebook. (Thanks to Mickey Milam for graciously sharing this video at YouTube.)

Here's a quick reminder about a very important show!  On October 20th, Bucky Covington will join headliner John Michael Montgomery at a benefit show sponsored by the Nashville Firefighters IAFF Local 140 at the Municipal Auditorium in Nashville. As Bucky noted on his Facebook page today: "The proceeds benefit burn camps, MDA, Red Cross, Boys and Girls clubs and many more organizations."  Tickets are $25 at the door, and you won't want to miss this...

More concert news comes to us via a very kind elf who pointed out an addition to Bucky's eOne calendar--he and his band will play the Burlington Memorial Auditorium in Burlington, VT on May 11th, 2013.  (It's always good to plan ahead!)

On Twitter, Idols Now reports that Bucky's new album, Good Guys, has moved up from #66 to #55 with a bullet on Billboard's Top Country Albums chart--awesome news! We're looking forward to checking the progress of  "Drinking Side of Country"  on Music Row's Country Breakout Chart this weekend, but there's no need to wait to support the song--ask for it at your local country station, and vote for that fun music video at  GAC's Top 20 Country Countdown and CMT Pure's Pure 12 Pack.  We'll be back very soon--see you Thursday night!
