This was the only semi-decent shot I got at Bucky Covington's absolutely rockin' concert at the Nashville Municipal Auditorium last Saturday night. I'm working on a Bucky Covington concert recap (and you can bet I'll have plenty to say), but in the meantime, here's a quick look at what's happening:
Our talented friend Fran at Buckytown USA has a new concert date posted in her sidebar; looks like Bucky will bring the party to Dave and Buster's (540 Opry Mills Drive in Nashville) on Thursday, November 8th. No word yet on what the event might be, although we know that's a pretty special day for both Bucky and Rocky Covington...
One special event we do know all about was Bucky and his band's show at Toby Keith's I Love This Bar and Grill in St. Louis Park, MN earlier this month--by all accounts, it was a blast! Today's Country K102 has great images from the show, and you can browse their photo gallery right now.
If you've been voting for "Drinking Side of Country" at CMT Pure's Pure 12 Pack, congratulations--your votes made a big splash this week! As Bucky Tweeted earlier today, the hot video rose to the #3 spot on the countdown; he also added a gracious thanks and said "keep it up!" We will--and we'll be voting for Bucky at GAC's Top 20 Country Countdown as well.
