Very quick news: Bucky Covington's "a Father's Love" (video), a cool e-card via Facebook and upcoming shows...

We're spotlighting the songs from Bucky Covington's hot new album Good Guys, and this one's a favorite!  Bucky, Jeff Cease and Ducky Medlock treated a lucky crowd at the WIVK studios to an acoustic version of "A Father's Love (The Only Way He Knew How)", and you can enjoy it--and lots of terrific new music--on Good Guys, available now at Amazon, iTunes, the HelpTheGoodGuys.com store,  Bucky's official site, or at a brick-and-mortar store near you.

We've got a bit of a midweek lull going, but thing's wont be quiet for long!  Besides that sure-to-be-a-party concert on Friday the 28th following the American Royal's ProRodeo in Kansas City, MO [directions],  two upcoming Bucky Covington shows also made the news.

Clarksville Online shared some good news about Bucky's show with headliner John Michael Montgomery on October 20th--thanks to the kindness of the Clarksville Firefighters Association IAFF Local 3180, local Big Brothers/Big Sisters kids, volunteers and parents will be there to enjoy the music.  Here's an important note from the article: "The show is being held at Municipal Auditorium in Nashville, Tennessee. Tickets are $26 each. While the Firefighters Association has a call center contacting people to see if they would like to buy tickets, you don’t have to wait! You can call Dave Kirkland at (931) 801-1164."

And on November 17th, join Bucky and his band for an afternoon benefit concert at the Stardust Drive-In Theater (310 Purple Tiger Drive, Watertown, TN) sponsored by Music With a Purpose. Tickets are $15, and VIP passes are available for $10 (you"ll need to buy a ticket to the concert in order to purchase a VIP pass).  Get your tickets right here, and have a great time!

Finally, if you're looking for a fun way to let your friends know about Bucky, his new single, and Good Guys, look no further than his Facebook, where he shared this link to a very cool e-card with info about all of the above and his work as the spokesman for Help The Good Guys,  an organization assisting firefighters and their families.  Click the arrow on the card, and it'll take your friends to the "Drinking Side of Country" video!

Speaking of the video, we can't say goodnight without encouraging you to give Bucky and Shooter a round of applause at GAC's Top 20 Country Countdown and CMT Pure's Pure 12 Pack.  We'll see you tomorrow--sweet dreams, everyone!
