Quick news: Bucky Covington Special IAFF Edition "Good Guys" track list, new Opry date at eOne and more...

Here's the back cover and track list from the special IAFF edition of Bucky Covington's Good Guys, available for pre-order now at the HelpTheGoodGuys.com store.  (Click the image to view full size.)  The album will ship on 9/10/12.

You've got not one, but two ways to pre-order Bucky Covington's highly-anticipated second album, Good Guys--it's available now at Amazon, and also via HelpTheGoodGuys.com, where a special IAFF edition is on offer.   The Help the Good Guys shop also has CD and T-shirt package deals available--we loved this stylish light blue one with Bucky's belt-buckle logo in front and the Help the Good Guys logo across the back.  (To see what the shirt looks like on Bucky himself, check out this fine photo from Facebook.)

Whichever way you buy, you'll be helping out a great cause, as this note in the Amazon description explains: "Through his work with Help The Good Guys, Bucky will also donate proceeds from the first week sales of his new record to the International Association of Fire Fighters Charitable Fund, benefiting our brave neighborhood heroes who keep our communities safe each and every day." We can't wait to hear the whole album--is it September yet?

Meanwhile, the sexy Southern-fried video for Bucky and Shooter Jennings' "Drinking Side of Country" has racked up well over a million YouTube views, and it's looking like it might hit 2 million by the end of the week!  Bucky and Shooter are also gracing this week's CMT Pure's Pure 12 Pack ballot, and "I Wanna Be That Feeling" is doing very well at CMT Pure and at  GAC's Top 20 Country Countdown, too--thanks for clicking those links and having your say...

Catch Bucky and his band next at the Boone County Fair in Danville, WV on August 3rd,  the Nashville Fairgrounds Speedway on Saturday, August 11th (see details in previous post), the Obion County Fair in Union City, TN on August 16th and the Parkersburg Homecoming Festival on August 17th.  (Saturday the 11th will be a very busy day for Bucky--our good friend Fran at Buckytown USA has him listed as a participant in Craig Morgan's Celebrity Ride in Dickson, TN early that morning.  More info here.)

Just inBucky's eOne calendar has added a performance at the Grand Ole Opry in Nashville on August 4th; keep checking the Opry's This Week and Calendar of Shows pages for updates.  We'll be back Tuesday evening--have a great night and be sure to request Bucky at your local country station!
