What could be a sweeter thought in the dead of winter? Bucky Covington and his band performed a breezy and beautiful "Mexicoma" in Jackson a while back, and moya1jb caught it on video. Many thanks to her for posting it--stay warm, everybody!
The weather outside is frightful (to say the least), but there's nothing like planning for summer festival fun to make the snowy stretches more bearable. Here's a quick look at Bucky Covington's festival concert dates so far:
CountryFest, Cadott, WI: Bucky and his excellent band take the stage at 2:30 pm on Sunday, June 26th for the final day of this four-day festival. (The Sunday lineup keeps rolling with Jerrod Niemann, Clay Walker, Josh Turner and Lady Antebellum--definitely a hot one!) You have lots of ticket options; a one-day pass is $77.50, and several four-day packages are available. Click here for the fest's online box office, and get that sunblock and straw Western hat ready to go...
Buchanan Country Fest, Grundy VA: This one's a mystery as post time--all we know is that the show's set to start at 9 pm on July 23rd. (Check Bucky's official site and Buckytown USA for new developments...)
The Fuddfest, Gleason WI: Lucky Wisconsin fans! Bucky's back for a sweet show on August 11th, along with John Michael Montgomery and a full slate of stars as yet to be named. The Fuddfest site is a work in progress, so bookmark it now and keep checking back--ticket info's right here.
We'll close with a favorite sunny concert shot--see you soon!

We could use some sunshine! Almost a cruel post, lol. Will Bucky be at CMAFest?
ReplyDeleteI'd bet he will be! I'll keep checking the official CMA Fest site (http://www.cmafest.com/) for info. And you are so right about the sunshine... :)
