New show: Bucky Covington celebrates Steve Cook's birthday in Nashville, 12/7

Thanks to the very kind Glenda for this terrific front-row view from Bucky Covington's concert at The Colony in Texas last week. Click the photo to see Bucky's concert calendar at his official site.

Congratulations are in order for Bucky Covington's multi-talented bass player Steve Cook, and to Bucky's fans in Nashville--Steve's 40th birthday bash is going to be a musical delight, and you're invited! It happens on Tuesday, December 7th at the 3rd & Lindsley Bar & Grill (818 3rd Avenue S. in Nashville; there's a map at the venue's official site) and according to Bucky's iLike announcement: "Musical guests include Bucky Covington, Patrick Davis, Craig White, (members of) King Konga, and other surprise guests. Tickets are just $10 at the door, and all proceeds benefit the Second Harvest Food Bank." Be there and have a blast, y'all!

This weekend's shows include a stop at the wild Whisky River club in Charlotte, NC (210 East Trade Street; directions and contact info here) tomorrow, the 18th; tickets are available online as well as at the door. Friday evening, see and hear Bucky and his band at the USC Bundy Auditorium in Lancaster, SC (call 803-286-1145 or email p.arts@lancastercitysc.com for more information, and thanks again to Hildi.) More soon!
