Bucky Covington takes you behind the scenes and gives you a glimpse of the excitement he and his band create on stage in this rockin' video from his official YouTube channel. (There's tons more good stuff there--check it out!)
Here's another glimpse of a much more recent show--this photo of Bucky and Rocky Covington's duet at yesterday's LHS Country Showdown is making the rounds at Twitter, thanks to Joey Irsik of Q97 in Dodge City. (Joey was also there for Bucky's Country Stampede performance in 2008--click here for a fun shot of the gentlemen before the show, and here to see the whole vintage Stampede photo album.)
As for Bucky's upcoming shows, there's still time to get your tickets to three hot ones--next Saturday, the 30th, he and his excellent band will play a hometown show in Nashville at 2nd Avenue Live. (18-and-up; tickets are available online at TicketWeb.com.) They'll return to Wild Bill's in Atlanta on Saturday, February 6th; tickets are on sale at Ticketmaster now. And on February 9th, 102 Five the Bull presents their St. Jude's benefit concert at WorkPlay in Birmingham, AL, starring Bucky Covington, with special guests The Band Perry. Tickets ($20) are on sale now at the WorkPlay box office online.
For an advance glimpse of what you'll be enjoying live, enjoy Bucky's rockin' "Gotta Be Somebody" video--it's on the ballot at GAC's Top 20 Country Countdown, and they'd love to hear from us! (Hearing Bucky on the radio is a joy, as well--ask for him at your local country station.) More very soon!
