Saturday morning video: Bucky Covington, "A Different World" (original music video, 2007)

A friend mentioned that she hadn't seen a video of Bucky Covington's first hit, "A Different World", posted here in a little while--here's the original, vintage music video from 2007, via Bucky's official YouTube channel. (Lots of great on and off the road clips from Bucky and his band there--stop in and see!)

Another vintage memory popped into our mailbox today--enjoy this fun Flickr photoset from Bucky's performance at the Coastal Carolina Fair in 2008, courtesy of the fine folks at Got Country.

And for a quick trip into Bucky's here-and-now, be there at 2nd Avenue Live in Nashville tonight as he and his full band rock the house in fine style. (This is an 18-and-up event, and tickets are available online at TicketWeb.com.) You'll find the venue at 154 2nd Avenue North, and there's a handy map available right here. Have a great time tonight, y'all!

(Just got home to work to hear that Saturday night's show had been canceled due to weather issues, with a rescheduling happening soon. Stay tuned, and thanks to Jodie and Hildi for the news--W.) We'll sneak in an invitation to check out the Tour page at his official site, and bookmark the concert sidebar at BuckytownUSA, as well--Bucky and his band are a must-see live experience.

Vote for Bucky Covington at CMT's Top 20 Country CountdownBucky's latest music video, "Gotta Be Somebody", is hangin' tough at GAC's Top 20 Country Countdown, where it graces the #13 place this week--vote for him there today (and every day!), and request him at your local country station, too. Have a beautiful Saturday!
