Here's a fun tale about Bucky Covington's birthday from AOL's country music blog, The Boot--complete with a chart-topping special guest star. The birthday bash starts out with a wild ride on dirt bikes, and ends with a song:

And so began the next part of his birthday adventure when he encountered none other than fellow country star Keith Urban! "Keith comes over to me -- and first of all, he calls me by my name -- which is a lot better than, 'Excuse me, miss.' And then he sang me 'Happy Birthday!'"

Seeing and hearing Bucky in concert outdoors (and indoors) is a treat--here are a few upcoming shows you'll want to check out:

KUBL's Low Dough Christmas Show is just around the bend; on Wednesday, December 9th, Phil Vassar, Bucky Covington, and Bomshel are set to rock the Energy Solutions Arena (301 West South Temple in Salt Lake City, UT). Tickets are $10, and they're available online via Smith's Tix.

The KSON Carols by Candlelight benefit concerts at the California Center for the Arts in Escondido are coming uo soon as well--they're taking place on December 11th and 12th. Enjoy Bucky, LeAnn Rimes, the Little River Band, Jordan Pruitt, Buck Howdy and Beat Boy , and help out the Rady Children's Hospital in San Diego. Tickets are available on the Carols by Candlelight site.
