Bucky Covington live--be there! Ticket updates and video reminders...

We love it live! Thanks to our talented friend Minnie for this great shot from Bucky Covington's show in Merced, CA. Click the image to check out the fall/winter concert schedule at his official site.

We'll have a full post for you here later today, but for right now, here are some time-sensitive ticket updates. A Bucky Covington concert is a truly rockin' event--you'll want to be there for the fun.

Last call, y'all--Hatfield999 of Asheville's 99.9 Kiss Country let us know via Twitter that tickets for the 2009 Kiss Country Guitar Jam on November 17th are 85% gone! Hurry and get yours, and enjoy Bucky, Jason Michael Carroll, Luke Bryan, Jessica Harp and Justin Moore live at the Orange Peel. Tickets ($20) are on sale now at the Kiss Country studios, the Orange Peel box office, and via TheOrangePeel.net, and proceeds benefit the Mission Children's Hospital.

Also getting scarce: seats for the KSON Carols by Candlelight benefit concerts on December 11th and 12th at the California Center for the Arts in Escondido. LeAnn Rimes, Bucky Covington, the Little River Band, Jordan Pruitt, Buck Howdy and Beat Boy are the stars, and net proceeds benefit the Rady Children's Hospital in San Diego. A ticket link is available on the Carols by Candlelight site.

A great summer memory, courtesy of the very kind Lacypony: here's Bucky Covington, Rocky Covington and Jeff Brown on stage in Bremerton, WA. Click the image to see Bucky's official fall concert calendar.

Bucky's hot new video for his current single "Gotta Be Somebody" gives a little hint of what the live show is like. The clip can now be viewed on GAC's website (thanks to Hildi and a kind elf for the heads-up) as well as at CMT.com, and it should be hitting cable TV--and those fun Top 20 countdowns at GAC and CMT--next week. (We're gonna go right ahead and link CMT's Power Picks, and their Top 20 Pick or Flick, too--are those voting fingers limber? We might need them a week or so from now...and we can use them at CMT's Pure 12-Pack right away.)

Finally, be sure to hit up those radio request lines today! We're aiming for a Top 50 milestone next, and your local country station holds the key--so feel free to put in a good word for Bucky by email, text and phone. More soon!--Winnie
