Bucky Covington's Roofsit concert: photos and article at the Cedar Springs Post, and a little new video, too (updated)

Here's the long version of melissalimber14's excellent video featuring Bucky Covington (with Jeff Cease and Ducky Medlock) performing at a most unusual venue (a packed Tractor Supply store!) for the B93 Roofsit for Kids Acoustic Concert Series in Cedar Springs, MI.

Judy Reed of the Cedar Springs Post captured the spirit of Bucky Covington's intimate B93 Roofsit Concert series show in her lavishly photo-illustrated report, now available online. From the article:

"Being a part of country music, it’s awesome that I can come out and do these kinds of things," Covington told the Post. "As good as the people are that support me, the least we can do is give back." Covington reportedly paid for his own plane ticket to Michigan to do the concert.

Thanks to Bucky, Jeff, Ducky and B93 for what sounds like a truly sweet evening!

But wait, there's more: Steve Cook's always-enjoyable Shiny Bass Journal has just been updated. See you there--Winnie

Very moving video! I love Bucky Covington. What a great cause and what a sacrifice Bucky made to be there.
