Very quick Friday news: KRTY presents Bucky Covington at the Rodeo Club in San Jose tonight...

Thanks to the very gracious Minnie for sharing her fun shot of Rocky Covington and Bucky Covington on stage last night at the Wrangler in Elk Grove, and to our good friend Moon for the sweet heads-up.

Bucky Covington's show at the Wrangler last night was a wild and wonderful up-close affair, from all reports. Congratulations to everyone who got to be there for the good times! Tonight's show in San Jose is the second of two hot indoor California stops--Bucky and his band rock the the Rodeo Club this evening. Doors open at 7:00, and tickets are $20 at the door. Tomorrow, Bucky and company play the Inter-Mountain Fair in McArthur, CA (call 530-336-5695 for tickets) before heading East again for a listeners-only US99 Live Country at Joe's event in Chicago.
