A new look at Bucky Covington's official site...

If you haven't been to Bucky Covington's official site lately, stop in today--it's been beautifully redesigned, with main photos taken on the set of the "It's Good to Be Us" video (see the whole music video at CMT Loaded) and a whole new layout. The tour listing page is now behind this link--update your bookmarks and hang on tight! More soon--Winnie

I think the original layout was about 100 times better than this one.

And they took time to update the artwork, which was fine to begin with...but not the time to update the biography which is embarassingly out-of-date. BOO!

    Okay...there is my opinion! :o

Yes! And I am noticing many of the links do not work too. Besides updating the biography they need to get the links fixed a.s.a.p. too.

I agree, the first one looked so much more professional than this version.

And yes that biography has needed changing for so long!

I suspect that many of the errors in newspaper reports come from that outdated information on Bucky's official site.

  4. I like the new colors and photos, but yes--the bio is in great need of an update. Hope it happens soon!

  5. Clarification--the very first photo seems to capture him in mid-sneer (would have liked a slighly different singing shot) but the crowd shot it alternates with is very cool indeed.

I wrote to the site many months ago about the embarrassing dated bio. They wrote me back and said all info comes from the management team and they cannot change it without it being changed by his management .I can only figure someone must want that dated comment to remain but why???It looks so unprofessional to me. It also explains why so many people act shocked with news of Bucky's personal life when we old fans know that is old news.
Another thing, I signed up for a M&G in Birmingham. They have me signed up for Hot Springs, AK.

  7. Anon, 3:51, I think it's very cool that you wrote--thanks. :) At this point it really would be in everyone's best interest for the bio to be updated, so I hope someone who has the power to make it happen gets your message eventually...
