New videos on Bucky Covington's channel at YouTube (updated with tour news)

Head on over to Bucky Covington's YouTube channel to see three brand new video clips--enjoy the fan club Christmas presentation, a short goodbye from Baltimore, and a "gunshow" that'll make you smile. (Edited to add a fourth link--a bit more fun from Baltimore. Don't blink, or you'll miss some funky dance moves!)

And we're updating once again with--you guessed it--more tour news. Bucky's 2008 schedule (so far) is now available at his official site, including
a June 14th concert at Reinholds Memorial Park in Reinholds, PA. Also, it looks like those rumored Porterfield Country Music Festival and Festival of the Bells dates can now be safely sorted into the "confirmed" column. More details here soon--stay tuned!-- Winnie

Ok Winnie on Buckys AI thread a Chris fan left a message that said Bucky won a Billboard award. But did not state which. I tried searching but have come up 'empty handed'. I was thinking since you are the search queen that maybe you could find out if its true and what the award is for. Thanx Winnie

I am not Ms. B. but I did look at the awards given out last year... and one of them is...."New country artist of the year"...and The Billboard Awards are based on sales alone...thus, Bucky won! Since he is the highest debuting country artist of 2007. :D So I hope his award gets on air and he is there. :)

The list for new country artist for 2007 that I found on Billboard has JMC 1st, Kellie Pickler 2nd and Bucky 3rd. Is there another New artist award for the country genre for top selling new country artist. If there is I cannot find it. I just like to see things in writing, sorry too be a pest.

  10. Hi, all! I am trying to get some solid info--so far on the year end charts at Billboard.biz, Bucky's liste as the #3 Top New Country Artist, behind Jason Michael Carroll and Kellie Pickler:

    Billboard.biz

And on Carrie's Underwood's fan boards, they're saying that the telecast of the Awards was cancelled this year; the winners will be mailed their awards:

I'll see what else I can find out at this late hour! :)

Kellie released in 2006, And I was under the impression Bucky sold more than JMC this year. Taylor Swift released her CD same time as Kellie and she is not listed as new with JMC, Kellie and Bucky. WOW, im confussed now

  13. You're not alone, Anon! The print edition will probably have a full explanation of the methdology they used for the chart--not sure if the online version will, though.

  15. Hey, Unknown! That must have been quite a hoot--I have a feeling taht the the outtakes for that bit must have been every bit as hilarious as the footage they captured...

And I hope your throat's doing better--good to see you!
