Bucky Covington's taking a well-deserved break for a few days--he, Rocky, Don, Hans and Shaun will be back on stage Wednesday evening, when they'll rock the Texas Club in Baton Rouge for a concert sponsored by WYNK. (The show will benefit St. Jude's Children's Hospital, and tickets for this one may still be available at Ticketmaster--it's always best to get yours right away!) But while we wait for the live-music fun to start up again this week, sweet memories of a recent show are available at BuckyFanPics, where AmaTexMom's truly beautiful shots of his Las Cruces stop await. Keep requesting "It's Good to Be Us" at your favorite local or streaming country station, and get ready for another week of "Top X at X" excitement and that possible video debut on GAC's Top Twenty Country Countdown. We've got our fingers crossed for that one! (Thanks to our friend Dixie, who just mentioned that she heard Bucky's new tune on Kix Brooks' ACC Top 40 this morning--Radio & Records has "It's Good to Be Us" at #39 with a bullet for the week that just passed.
