The paper also notes: "There are a limited number of free general admission seats to each show. They are available on a first-come, first-served basis the day of the show. Tickets are available by calling (559) 650-3247 or online at fresnofair.com."

In chart news, the numbers are in and they're looking great. Bucky's hit single "A Different World" returns to the #10 spot on both the weighted and Top 500 charts at Mediabase, in what's sure to be a very topsy-turvy race between Bucky's song and the new single by the superstar next door. Keep requesting Bucky at your favorite local and streaming country stations, and cast your vote for Bucky's beautiful video at CMT's Top 20 Countdown and GAC's Top Twenty Country Countdown, too. Every request and dedication means so much this week! We're aiming for a #10 spot on the Billboard/Radio & Records country singles chart next; "A Different World" currently graces that one at #11, so it's very doable, y'all.
And on the Billboard Top Country Albums chart, Bucky Covington continues its impressive "Top Ten-ish" streak with a #12 finish this week. We have a new milestone to celebrate, too, as Bucky's awesome debut CD crosses the 200,000 sold line. Congratulations, Bucky!
If you're a Bucky Covington fan who is fortunate enough to have both Sirius Satellite Radio and GAC as listening and viewing options, you're going to be able to celebrate in style for the next few days. Bucky's featured in a very cool "The Daily Bucky" spot on Sirius New Country July 16 to July 20 at 9 p.m. ET --see post below for all the fun details, or head to the New Country homepage for more info and a link to their free online trial offer.
And GAC will present an encore of Grand Ole Opry Live, featuring Alison Krauss, Taylor Swift, Emerson Drive and Bucky Covington. Enjoy Bucky's televised Grand Ole Opry debut again this weekend, with airdates on Saturday and Sunday, and a bonus primetime spot on Tuesday night. If you loved this perfomance when it first aired a few months back, you'll get a kick out of this sweet blast from the past--and if you're a brand new Bucky fan, you're in for a rare--and highly endearing--treat.
Edited to add a link to another retro-TV goodie--it's scrolled off the main Fox & Friends page, but the video of Bucky, Rocky, Hans, Shaun and Don in all their "I Love New York" T-shirted splendor is still available online in the Fox archives. A must-see!
More later today--happy Thursday, everyone!
Thank you for this great column and all the time it takes you to bring all the latest and hottest Bucky news to us new and old fans. BF
ReplyDeleteC'mon everybody, we need to vote for Bucky's album (see white box on home page). Yesterday he was in first place and today he's falling behind Chris Young by about 500 votes. You can vote as many times as you want. Bucky needs our votes...don't let him down. Please send a few votes his way.
ReplyDeleteI have posted the link at Moosak and keep telling them to vote at BCO...it is Nashville Star Vs American Idol..we all know how to vote..
ReplyDeleteOK, we just now got him back into the number one spot on this album voting site. Does anyone know how to post a message on the American Idol site? That might bring in alot of voters as well.
ReplyDeleteBuckyflowers, thank you, and it's my pleasure! :)
ReplyDeleteAnd Anon and Anon, hello! You're right--we are definitely well versed in voting and requesting, so hang in there--Bucky's going to do just fine, on that poll and on the charts. :)
Oh, and Anon 12:41, I can't post at the Fox boards (computer glitch), but if the mods there allow it, I'll bet someone will get the info posted there soon. Thanks!
