Top 30 again!

This morning's Mediabase stats are something to cheer about--Bucky's "A Different World" is back at #30 on the Top 500 chart and in a virtual tie for that spot on the weighted chart this morning. Keep requesting the single at your local country station, y'all--it makes a big, big difference!

And if you'd like to celebrate in snarky--but surprisingly affectionate--style, take a moment to read this Sarasota Herald-Tribune article on Bucky's upcoming appearance at...well, the title of the story explains it all. Amidst the tongue-in-cheek list of reasons why you should be there (even if you're more suited to wearing the shorts than watching them) is this gem of a quote:

"There are a lot of people in America who really work hard for their money," Covington said Monday in a phone interview from Nashville. "If you're going to spend your hard-earned money to see a show of mine, I want you to leave thinking it was worth every penny."
