Party at the CMT boards now!

Bucky Covington, in a promo image from his album cover photo shoot. You can pre-order Bucky's debut CD at Amazon, Best Buy and Target, hear the full version of his single "A Different World" at CMT, or enjoy samples of four songs from the CD at Bucky's official MySpace. Bucky is also featured in this week's edition of Country Weekly magazine, on newsstands now.

Looks like I underestimated the party at Bucky's CMT boards--it's already in full swing right now! Join a bunch of longtime and new Bucky fans for an as-it-happens conversation as the Top 20 Countdown gets started. See you there!

Updated, 5 p.m.: The video aired about 45 minutes into the show. We're hoping it airs again as soon as possible--but the next confirmed time will be when the Top 20 Countdown repeats tomorrow at 11 a.m. ET on CMT. (Three word review: it is beautiful.)

The WKML "Top 5 at 6" show will begin in a few minutes, and we're hoping to hear Bucky on the countdown tonight! Listen in at 6 p.m. ET, and we'll see if "A Different World" is gracing the airwaves in Fayetteville this evening...

And finally, what better way to celebrate a Bucky Covington video than by enjoying--you guessed it--more Bucky Covington video? KILT has a Video Vault full of clips from Bucky's recent performance at the Armadillo Palace in Houston, as well as his interview with the station's Rowdy Yates. (Sadly, I can't see these at all on my antique computer, but if you can, please leave a quick review in comments and let me know what I'm missing.)

P.S.: Thanks to Honey for letting us know that there's a party thread at the Fox boards, too--we'd suggest checking both that one and Bucky's CMT board tonight. Lots to talk about!

More soon...

Okay it scares me that I am about to ask a NASCAR question...hahaha....but what did those big name racers do that they got kicked out and fined and penalized points? They talked about the scandal and debate but never said the violation....I am curious what was the NASCAR crime they all committed? :O

Hey Anon, the Nascar drivers were basically caught with non-regulation modifications to their cars. In at least one case it I think an octane booster was used. These simple things give an advantage and actually make a big difference. I'm a big fan of one of the racers that got caught. (blush) but I guess some might call it the teensiest bit cheating? LOL But some just say they get away with whatever they can, whenever they can.
