Bucky's official site temporarily offline...

By request, Bucky Covington on stage in New Jersey, 7/06, photo by the very talented DeniseBernadette. You can pre-order Bucky's debut CD at Amazon, Best Buy and Target, hear the full version of his single "A Different World" at CMT, or enjoy samples of four songs from the CD at Bucky's official MySpace. Thanks for writing!

Bucky's official site, BuckyCovington
Music.com, is down for scheduled maintenance until tomorrow at 12 p.m. CT, according to the notice posted there. (Could "scheduled maintenance" be translated as "lots of cool features on the way"? Check back there tomorrow and see...)

In the meantime, tonight's edition of TV Guide Channel's Idol Chat has been pre-empted by special coverage of Anna Nicole Smith's passing. It did already air once in some areas, and a kind poster in this thread at the Fox boards says that the brief segment on Bucky includes clips from his upcoming music video for "A Different World", as well as some good advice for aspiring Idols. Be sure to check the listings at TVGuide.com for information on reruns in your area.

Edited to add a big belated thank you to Becky, who gave us the link to that great North Carolina blog with the long list of Bucky's upcoming media mentions. I posted the link on Thursday, but neglected to give Becky her due. Thanks again!

More news coming soon...

  1. Hey does anyone know if they had the CMA fanfest on his site? I was going to go look but then saw your post about it being down. And yes. I hope maintenance includes extra goodies!

  2. Hi, Kathy! I don't think the CMA Fan Fest was on the site yet--he just mentioned it during that interview. Hope it'll be on the new improved site when it's back up! :)
