News: New songs at Bucky's My Space
Drop whatever it is you're doing and head to Bucky Covington's official MySpace now for samples of four new songs! "A Different World", "American Friday Night", "I'm Good" and "Empty Handed"--clips of all four are waiting for you. So what are you doing here? Go! Then come on back and let us know what you think...

ReplyDeleteI am really impressed both with Bucky's vocals and with these first four songs, which really bring out that honesty in his voice. And now I'm really eager to hear the rest of the tracks.
We have a Bucky Covington CD to look forward to this spring, y'all! Words cannot convey how incredibly cool it'll be to have that in our CD players.
Okay, I'll stop rambling like a kid on a sugar high now... :)

ReplyDeleteThis is killing me, dial-up is soooooooooo slow here. I cannot even listen to them. I got a little listen to "American Friday Night" but that was it! I guess I will just have to wait til April to hear it all! :(

ReplyDeleteMe, too, Kathy. I am so glad you wrote this...I thought I was going crazy..over and over and over again. I love "I'm Good"..it makes mee happy and I can't get enough of it.
I swear to God. if I am away from the computer for more than a couple of hours i miss another new Bucky scoop. Wow, wow wow! Different World is still my favorite but I am loving seeing all these other sides to Bucky that we didn't see on AI. I have to say that "i'm Good" is a little too "poppy" for me and I am not crazy about the reggae tinged accompaniment, but his delivery is cute as hell. But all and all, I'm impressed.
ReplyDeleteYes glad different world is my overall fave so far but I really do like the feel good ... I'm on a beach with a pina colada feel of I'm Good lol Funny I loved it so much because I really expected the rock one to be hard to beat for me. Maybe it is his delivery that is grabbing me lol

I think I have figured out the appeal of I'm Good for me. It has his deep nicely toned voice but he also slips into that light "bluegrassy" sexy little whine thing of his.
