It's an extremely slow news period (and probably will be until the first of the year), but there's a lot of year-end nostalgia happening everywhere today. This thread at the Fox boards will put a smile on your face--and occasionally, a lump in your throat. What a wild year it's been--and this is only the beginning.
We'll have a year-end wrap-up here later, too, but in the meantime it's fun to look ahead to the future. Let's look to the very near future, when Sirius' New Country channel might be playing Bucky's "Different World" again as part of its "Beyond the Buzz" program tomorrow night at 9 p.m. EST. If you're a subscriber, tune in channel 60 and please let us know if he's part of the evening's fun! (And if you're a subscriber who'd like to hear him more often, make an online request for "Different World" on the New Country home page and let them know.)
