First things first--tonight's San Diego concert is being covered via cellcert/play-by-play, thanks to the generous people at Keeping the Boogie Alive. And if you'd like to follow along on the Fox boards, the Gold Lounge is open for business, too. Tonight's show began at 7:00 Pacific time--put on a pot of coffee if you're here in the East, and enjoy!
Ah, yes--the 25th is almost over and done with, and Elliott, Ace and Bucky's future recording plans (and there are plans, of that we can be pretty sure) remain a mystery. When will they announce, and which lucky labels snagged these three charming guys? One thing's for sure--a whole lot of people were curious about the answers to those questions. (This blog's hits reached an all-time record today--and no comments? C'mon, y'all, don't be shy...lurkers loved, commenters adored.)
The post from the 24th will be added to the sidebar shortly--there are a lot of handy news links there--and the minute information comes through (conventional wisdom says Monday would be the earliest), we'll break out the streamers and champagne. Better late than never!
More later...
Hi! Waiting with you. Thanks so much for all your hard work. I jump on any chance I have to get the latest scoop. I really wouldn't know anything without you. "No news is good news" is just not getting it right now, huh?
ReplyDeleteHi, Tracey, and thanks for stopping in--you're right, "no news is good news" is not getting it at all. Even a casual confirmation in an interview might have helped...sigh. Maybe one or all of the guys will pass some word along this weekend--let's hope.

In the immortal words of Uncle Fred from "Miracle on 34th Street"---faith is believing in something when common sense tells you not to. I believe...I believe...I believe.
ReplyDeleteHe looks so happy and at peace in all the pictures, the happiness you get from knowing your days of painting cars are long behind you.
Carol...wow.
ReplyDeleteYou know something? I believe it, too.
