Weekend preview: Bucky Covington in Kansas City (Friday), a new date in Ohio and a chart check...

Another great track from Good Guys, performed live at Cotton Eyed Joe in Knoxville a couple of months back--here's Bucky Covington and his band and "Gotta Be Somebody", as captured by the very gracious .  Snag your copy of Good Guys now at Amazon, iTunes, the store,  Bucky's official site, or at a store near you, and get yourself to one of Bucky's live shows this fall!

Bucky Covington and his band are just about to take the stage in Kansas City this Friday evening--if you're in the area, we hope you're reading this from the stands at the American Royal's ProRodeo.  Have fun, y'all!

Many thanks to a kind elf for tipping us off about a new concert date on Bucky's official calendar--he and his band will rock Toby Keith's I Love This Bar and Grill (145 Second St. in Cincinnati, OH) on  Wednesday, October 17th.  Tickets are on sale now at Showclix, and this is one of Bucky's very few big-city Ohio dates in recent memory, so we'd respectfully suggest getting yours right now...

Those of us who are miles away from tonight's show can still enjoy Bucky on the radio; "Drinking Side of Country" moved up a notch on the Music Row Country Breakout Chart this week, and it's currently #71. If you'd like to see it climb faster, ask for Bucky at your local country radio station ASAP!  And it's always a pleasure to vote for Bucky at GAC's Top 20 Country Countdown and CMT Pure's Pure 12 Pack, too.

Our awesome friend Fran at the beautiful Buckytown USA blog will keep you updated with hot news, photos and videos this and every Saturday, Sunday and Monday. We'll be back Monday--have a wonderful weekend!

Last nights true value was a cute little commercial showing Bucky and Katherine around the house riding dirt bikes and doing some home repairs with duckys help.

    1. Shannon, thank you! That sounds like a fun promo.
