Bucky Covington returns to Wild Bill's Atlanta, unconfirmed new Virginia Beach show, Billboard update and more...

By request, here's Bucky Covington and Rocky Covington (drums) on stage in Alpena, as captured by the very kind Moya.  Thanks so much! Click here to see Bucky's concert schedule at eOne.

Idols Now (via Twitter) reports that Bucky Covington's hot summer love song  "I Wanna Be That Feeling" moved up from #59 to #57 on Billboard's Hot Country Songs chart and picked up a bullet this week--congratulations, Bucky!  The video for the song also moved up to #2 on CMT Pure's Pure 12-Pack countdown, and it's currently #13 on GAC's Top 20 Country Countdown.  (We'll drop a big hint right here--feel free to hit those colorful buttons at top right and vote for Bucky, and show him some love on your local country station's request line, too...)

Showin' Bucky and his band some live love is going be easy this weekend for fans in Georgia--they'll rock the house at Wild Bills Atlanta this Friday, June 22nd. Tickets are on sale now at Ticketmaster, and it looks like VIP options are getting very limited, so don't delay!

Our good friend Fran at Buckytown USA posted info about a probable new show on June 27th at Knuckleheads Roadhouse (401 North Witchduck Rd. in Virginia Beach, VA) with The Farm.  This date isn't on Bucky's eOne calendar as of post time, but it's listed on US106.1's website as well as the venue's, so it's looking pretty likely.  We'll second Fran's advice to call the venue at (757) 644-6200 for updates.

Confirmed dates for the rest of June include a stop at the Columbia Music Arena in Portsmouth, OH on Thursday, June 28th (tickets via HoldMyTicket.com), a June 29th show at the Salamonie Summer Festival in Warren, IN (visit K105's site for details), and they'll wind up June at Dough Boyz in Ashville, OH on the 30th--call (740)983-0696 for more info. We'll see you tomorrow--enjoy your evening!
