Thanks to Bucky Covington for tweeting a link to this poster for the March 13th Autism Sings benefit concert in Nashville; click the image for more info.
Bucky Covington is set as of post time to be part of Saturday evening's Strive to Survive benefit concert at The Fillmore Detroit, but the show has made the local news for all the wrong reasons. Last night, WXYZ ran this article about the sudden pullout of the benefit's corporate sponsors; right now, it looks as though the show will go on, but the Great Lakes Burn Camp is in need of urgent help! The station's Stephen Clark closed the article with this note: "If you can help with a donation call Jim Plieth with the Detroit Fire Fighters Cancer Council at 586 405-7143." We'll keep an eye out for any updates...
Bucky Covington on stage in Biloxi--many thanks to Texas Proud Bucky Fan for this great concert shot.In the meantime, Bucky's (and Bo Bice's) faithful fans are getting ready for a good time on March 13th at Margaritaville Nashville, where the Autism Sings benefit concert takes place. Bucky tweeted that poster up there earlier today--looks like an incredible night of live music!
As for recorded music, stay tuned for tomorrow's Music Row charts, where "I Wanna Be That Feeling", Bucky's new single, has begun a steady climb. We're hoping you've heard it on your local country station by now...if you haven't, feel free to hit that request line and give them a hint! We'll be back soon...
