Bucky Covington's newest publicity shot is terrific, yes? Photo credit: Kristin Barlowe (via Monarch Publicity); click image for a larger view. Bucky tweeted a candid from this photo session a little while back--see it right here.
We'll start off the week with some great news from Buckytown USA; over the weekend, Fran graciously shared two new Bucky Covington concert stops, and we're happy to pass along the updates. Join Bucky and his band at the River Room Saloon in Shelbyville, TN on October 29th. This is an all-ages Halloween party, and the VIP option ($50, includes excellent front-of-stage seats and a meet and greet) is very limited--as of yesterday evening, there were only 14 VIP tickets left! Call Betsy at (209)598-5384 for yours or click here for info, and have a frightfully good time...
The other new show is happening on November 4th, when Bucky will perform at The Round-Up in Tampa, Florida to benefit St. Jude's Children's Hospital. Your local radio sponsors are the fine folks at WQYK. Huge thanks to Fran for the good word!
Bucky's next two shows are noteworthy as well--he and his band will rock the State Theater in Starkville MS on October 21st ( seats are $12 in advance at TicketBiscuit; $15 at the door) and he's doing a free performance at the Bluffs and Bayou Music Festival in Vidalia, LA on October 22nd. The latter concert takes place at the beautiful Vidalia Conference and Convention Center, and a range of styles from country to gospel will be part of the all-day musical fare.
We'll wrap it up for now with a link to Bucky's Twitter, where he passed along a shout-out to his talented friend Shane Tallant (@shanetallant) of eXTRATV and Music City 411 fame...so we will, too. (Speaking of Twitter news, let's hope Bucky and company have their own familiar bus back by now!) For the latest information on when his tour bus will be coming to your city, be sure to bookmark Bucky's official tour schedule and the excellent live show sidebar at Buckytown USA. More very soon!
