Another Virginia concert memory; Bucky Covington at the WSLC Star B-Q in Salem, VA. More of Laura Tucker's beautiful images from the day are available at the So Salem Flickr profile.Today's big news actually came across the wire last night: Bucky Covington and his band are playing the Washington County Fair tonight in Abingdon, VA. They're filling in for Steel Magnolia, who were forced to cancel due to a family emergency. If you're one of Bucky's many fans in the area, get offline and get over there now, y'all. The music starts at 8 pm--have a great time!
Otherwise, it's fairly quiet, but we did find a beautiful photo gallery that we somehow missed before; pro photographer Jarrod Nelson was on hand for the Ashley for the Arts festival this summer, and his images from Bucky's set are stunning.
