Bucky Covington at the Tennessean and at MJ's, and in concert at Fuddfest...

A classic concert photo by the talented Janie: Bucky Covington on stage in Lincoln, Nebraska. (Thanks again, Janie!)

Bucky Covington and his fellow country and motocross stars rode dirt bikes, went shooting, sang and helped raise over $23,000 for Craig Morgan's Billy's Place charity this past weekend--and you can read all about it (with great photos) at the Tennessean.com site today. As Bucky told reporter Josh Arntz, "I’ve done a lot of charities, but this one by far physically hurts the worst." Thanks to Bucky and all the stars of the weekend for getting sore for a great cause!

Over at MJ's Big Blog, Windmills' excellent "Idols Gone Country" report features a blurb about Bucky's upcoming new single, "I Wanna Be That Feeling", along with video by Judy Lang. Windmills gives a sweet shoutout to songwriters Jimmy Yeary and Ben Hayslip, and notes that Bucky mentioned in the video that he recorded the song way back in January. When will it be released to radio? Stay tuned...

Finally, one last reminder about tomorrow's scheduled tour stop at Fuddfest in Gleason, WI; click that link for tickets, and plan to be there when Bucky and headliner John Michael Montgomery round out a night full of music. Bucky's full concert schedule is here; new dates still seem to be popping up, so check back often, and visit our good buds at Buckytown USA, as well. Take care, everyone!
