It's a very quiet news day, y'all. Bucky Covington and his band are enjoying a few nights off (their next scheduled show is that Jackson County Fair stop in Oregon with Sawyer Brown on Thursday) and the radio charts are picking up right about where they left off at the end of this week. "I Want My Life Back" [hear it here] is currently #36 with a bullet on the Mediabase published charts, and a couple of good-news grace notes go along with that--the bullet's bigger than yesterday's, and we've got some weekend countdown momentum to capitalize upon with our requests. Keep that local request line number with you while you're out and about enjoying your summer weekend!
Bucky and the band have been traveling the US and Canada all summer long, but their tour goes on right up to the end of the year. A few on-sale dates for fall and early winter shows are popping up--yesterday, we mentioned the Mountain State Forest Festival in Elkins, WV on Saturday, October 3rd (tickets on sale now), and earlier this week, the Ritz Theatre in Tiffin, OH confirmed Bucky's stop there on November 20th. (Call the Ritz at 419-448-8544 for details.)

So far, three more scheduled dates round out the year: catch Bucky and company at the Little Nashville Opry in Nashville, IN on November 21st (tickets available now at Ticketmaster), at Harlow's Casino Resort and Hotel in Greenville, MS on December 5th (this is a Celebrity Arena show; tickets available soon), and at a KSON-sponsored event near San Diego, CA on December 12th.
