Bucky Covington rocks the crowd at the Germain Arena in Estero, Florida; photo by the very kind Lisa/Judge. You can see more of her great images and graphics at her Buck Wild fan site. Thanks again, Lisa!Today's a busy working day for Bucky Covington and his excellent band--they'll be taking the stage at the Stagecoach Festival in Indio at about 4 p.m. Pacific time--that's about 7 p.m. ET. Hildi is sponsoring a conference call from the show, and Nikki will be your kind hostess. Many thanks to both gracious ladies and their helpers for making the call possible. (If you're a fan club member, log in at Bucky's official site for more details...)
Bucky's single, "I'll Walk", continues its pre-release adventure with a bulleted #62 spot on the Mediabase weighted chart and a #58 position on the Top 500. Here's hoping your local country station is on board now, or will be soon! If it is, feel free to pick up that phone and request, y'all. Txbuckyfan made the cute graphic banner below to underscore that point--thank you for sending it along! (Please click the image to view full size.)

"I'll Walk" request banner made by the very kind TXbuckyfan--thank you so much!
Real life is calling me today (actually, it's yelling pretty loudly, and how dare it get in the way of my music-loving time?) so the blog will be on a mini-hiatus until late Sunday--however, there's plenty of Stagecoach coverage in progress:
- The Southern California Press-Enterprise will be blogging the entire festival--and they're including updated slideshows, too. You'll find their excellent special section right here.
- In Palm Springs, the Desert Sun has you covered with their Stagecoach subsite, complete with blogs and galleries.
- The LA Times has bloggers hard at work, too--their "Soundboard" is humming right along, and here's the link to all posts tagged "Stagecoach" so far...
- Hidden deep inside the official Stagecoach site is a message board--lots of posts by the concertgoers themselves.
We'll see you back here on Sunday--have a great weekend, everyone!
