With all of yesterday's wild times, we just flat-out missed this link--the Atlanta Journal-Constitution's Rodney Ho interviewed Bucky Covington for his Access Atlanta American Idol Buzz blog, and it's excellent reading for new and longtime listeners. Bucky speaks about his fondness for being on the road with Rocky, his surprise at the slowness of the singles charts (if it's frustrating for us, imagine what it's like for the artists and songwriters!) and more.
Buckaholic shares some fresh and fun shots from the West Lafayette Throttle Wide Open show in her just-updated Photobucket album today--thanks so much!
And over at Midask9's It's Good to Be Us blog, there's a sweet notion floating that deserves a second look. The anniversary of Bucky Covington, the CD, is April 17--and that's a perfect day for picking up a spare copy of his CD as a graduation/Mother's Day/birthday gift for your favorite country music fan. Head on over there and read more about it! (Special thanks to Buckyflowers for the news.)
See you soon--Winnie
Winnie, hope you are feeling better!!!
ReplyDeleteAnon, you're very kind and thanks! Spring bugs are the worst, aren't they? Think I've almost got this one beat, though--another semi-restful day with juice should to it. Hope your day is much better!
