Quick Thursday news: Tinley Park photos, memories and more...

Bucky Covington enjoys a pensive moment on stage at Uncle Ron's in Lincoln earlier this winter; photo by our very talented friend Rachel. Thanks again for the fantastic shots! Bucky Covington's debut CD is in stores now, and his music videos for "It's Good to Be Us" and "A Different World" are available for online viewing at CMT.com and Yahoo Music. You can buy Bucky's album at Amazon, Best Buy , iTunes, WalMart Music and Target, hear the full version of his singles at CMT and GAC, or enjoy samples of songs from the CD at Bucky's official MySpace. A copy of Bucky Covington can be ordered at his official site or via his official fan club.

First and foremost, if you haven't read Bucky's latest MySpace blog post, go over there now and then come on back. There's a very important poll in progress--"Which song from Bucky Covington would you like to hear on your radio next?" Cast your vote right away, and let Bucky know which melody is on your mind!

Thursday's fun begins at the American Idol.com Bucky Covington fan thread, where lovincon has graciously shared some of her photos from Bucky's New Year's Eve bash performance in her profile gallery. (Looks like Chicago kicked off the year in style!)

The Covington Times has a great look back at Januarys gone by, as well as a link to a fantastic concert video by my4frogs that's sure to please...

By special request, "Platinum Cowboyz" Cole Deggs, Jason Michael Carroll and Bucky Covington backstage at the Wildhorse Saloon in November, as seen on CMT; click the image to enjoy their wild take on "Freebird" at YouTube. Thanks for the email!

Bucky's sure to please you live this winter, too--we're all waiting patiently for the venue information to be added to the tour page at Bucky's official website, but in the meantime, seats for the dates we do have details on are going fast. We'll repeat those links for the Grand Ole Opry (1/12) and the Pullo Performing Arts Center (1/25; tickets at Seat Advisor)--grab those tickets while you can, have a rockin' time, and stay tuned for lots more concert info coming up soon...

Click here to see Bucky Covington's video, It's Good to Be Us, on CMT LoadedA quick chart check--"It's Good to Be Us" is holding on strong to yesterday's gains, and it's sitting pretty at #25 on the Mediabase weighted rankings and #26 on the Top 500. We all know the next bit by heart, don't we? All together, now--keep requesting "It's Good to Be Us" at your favorite local or streaming country stations, watch the video at CMT, and give Bucky some love at GAC's Top 20 Country Countdown, at CMT's Top 20 Countdown, and at CMT's Pure Country Pure 12-Pack, too.

Want to give Bucky some extra-credit support? The Rickey.org "favorite American Idol album of 2007" poll and this week's Country Music song battle at About.com will be running until the 7th, so there's plenty of time to get in on the fun.

More very soon--have a terrific Thrusday!
