Bucky Covington has just been announced as a nominee in the "Best New Country Artist of the Year" category at the New Music Awards, sponsored by New Music Weekly magazine. The industry-voted awards will be presented on November 10th, 2007 at the Avalon Theater in Hollywood, California.From the New Music Awards site: "Recognized worldwide as 'New Music's Night,' the New Music Awards represent the pinnacle of achievement for all musical artists, musicians, radio programmers, music directors, radio stations, and industry executives who work in America's most popular music genres."
