A random roundup...

Bucky Covington onstage at the Wildhorse Saloon in Nashville earlier this spring. Visit Music City Update for lots of fantastic Nashville event photos by Aaron Crisler. Photo by Aaron Crisler/ Music City Update .com.

There's a bit of a lull on the horizon, but while we're all catching our collective breath, making our requests (you knew I'd get that in, didn't you?) and watching the charts as "A Different World" makes its way up the Top Ten ladder, why not take a fun look back? Here are a few sweet, somewhat random souvenirs from Bucky Covington's first national solo tour, currently in progress and coming soon to a theater, festival or fair near you...

Bucky's turn at the first-ever Mountain Country Fest in Michigan was a big hit--local country station 94.5 The Moose captured a few performance shots in their photo album (scroll down to the bottom of the page), and a festgoer who had some very kind things to say about Bucky shared her memories at the Saginaw News "Backstage Pass" blog.

And from the way, way back files, here's a link we missed posting the first time out--enjoy this big photo gallery from WKML's "Big Hearts Bash" early this spring. Bucky and Dusty Drake were the artists performing at this private show for donors who contributed to the station's St. Jude's radiothon.

Finally, we'll keep an eye out for more photos and recaps from Saturday's Countryfest--the WGNA photo gallery is empty right now, but it's probably a good idea to bookmark that page and check back often...

Edited to add a fresh article from comments--Jaime Zublick of the Williamsport Sun-Gazette shares some perceptive (and positive) impressions of Bucky's Lycoming County Fair performance and his relationship with his fans in the paper's Monday online edition. (Thanks to a kind Anon for the link.)

More very soon!--Winnie
