First look at Sunday--lucky number 11 again...

Bucky Covington, Rocky Covington (left) and Don Medlock (right) rock the crowd at a daytime CMA Fest performance last month; photo courtesy of the very kind Happydays. You can enjoy more of her beautiful CMA Fest photos here. Thanks, Happy! Bucky Covington's debut CD is in stores now, and his music video is available for online viewing at CMT.com and Yahoo Music. You can buy Bucky's album at Amazon, Best Buy , iTunes, WalMart Music and Target, hear the full version of his single "A Different World" at CMT and GAC, or enjoy samples of songs from the CD at Bucky's official MySpace. An autographed copy of Bucky Covington can be ordered while supplies last at his official site or via his official fan club.

We'll have a longer post here for you a little later today, but for now, there's good news on the Mediabase front; as of the Sunday a.m. listings, Bucky's single "A Different World" is back to #11 on both the Mediabase weighted and Top 500 charts , and that weighted chart is looking especially promising again this morning. (Oh, the suspense! After today's national countdowns are all done on your local station, feel free to call up or email your favorite neighborhood country DJ and request Bucky--his hit song is a soothing soundtrack for some not-so-soothing --but fun!--pre Top Ten chart-watching...)

Today, Bucky appears with Sawyer Brown at the Country Concert at Hickory Hills, a well-attended annual festival that will be captured by DirectTV's cameras this year. DirecTV's original programming channel will air eight hours of the Country Concert on July 28-29, so if you're a subscriber, you might be in for a bonus TV treat later this month. And for a live treat, check the tour schedule at Bucky's official site. You'll definitely want to be there when he's singing in your hometown.

More very soon--see you in a little while. Have a lovely Sunday morning!

about the hair.....It looked fine Saturday evening in Charlotte. Bucky had his own shamppoo and conditioner so when he styled it, the cut was not so obvious! Photos later.
