CMA Fest coverage--online and on the air (and CMT Top 20 voting news...)

Thanks, Mr. Crisler! Bucky Covington on stage May 10th at the Wildhorse Saloon in Nashville; visit Music City Update for a beautiful gallery of concert photos by Aaron Crisler.

There's a brand new voting page on CMT's Top 20 Countdown-- we'll update the link in our sidebar later tonight. Here are the new and improved rules:
Would you like to help determine the top 20 videos each week? Help Lance figure it all out by making your voice heard. Vote for your favorite video from the list below, then watch Top Twenty Countdown as we count down the top music videos in the country. Voting opens at 3 p.m. ET on each Thursday and closes at midnight the following Tuesday. Remember, you can only vote once, so make it count.

Be sure to give Bucky a weekly boost! We'll be looking to reclaim that #1 spot next week. (In the meantime, you can watch Bucky's video for "A Different World" anytime on CMT.com.)

Both the major country music cable channels have special CMA Fest sections set up on their respective websites; CMT.com's Fest coverage includes a constantly-updated photo gallery, a section for fan photos (Bucky fans, please give him some representation!) and a fan favorite radio station, among many other features. You'll also see Bucky's photo on the main page today, along with other artists who'll be signing autographs at the CMT booths this year.

Over at GAC, the CMA Fest coverage includes lots of fan content--many fans got to interview their favorites, and the results are posted on the site, along with photo galleries, video reports and more. (Unfortunately my outdated computer can't access this section at GAC's site--if you're there and see Bucky among those represented, please leave a note in comments...)

And of course, be sure to listen to your local country station--many are doing live remotes from CMA fest this week. Bucky and quite a few other artists will be popping up on the air as the festival goes on, so tune in, request Bucky (you knew that was coming, didn't you?) and prepare to be pleasantly surprised,

More soon!
